10 Commandments Of Creating
A "Wealth Producing" Niche!

"Niches are like bathrooms; you never notice one until
you need it." -Primm (The Niche Man)

Fact: The person who finds or creates a special niche,
gets the cream of our societies financial rewards. Whether
you're Bill Gates or Joe Average.

The niche, and the person who creates them, is the main
factor that separates one product from 15 others.

It's shocking at how few books are written on the subject
of creating niches. Niches are what all-successful products,
and services have in common-without exception. It?s my
pleasure to share this with you today.

To out-niche your competitors you must focus on these
"10 commandments" of niche creation at all times.
Observe the ones you apply to your business, product,
or service and watch your sales soar.

The 10 principles of creating a niche are as follows
(in alphabetical order):

1. "The Principle of Adaptation" - The simplest way to
create a new idea is to do what others in another business
or industry are doing. Next, see if you can adapt it to
your own business, product, or service.

2. "The Principle of Addition" - Can you add something
extra to your product or service that your competition
doesn't have or isn't doing?

3. "The Principle of Combination" - ?What positive
elements can you combine from another product or
service to make yours better?? A candy bar did it with
simple peanut butter and chocolate, and made a
successful new product. So can you.

4. "The Principle of Customization" ?Can you find little
ways to personalize a part of your product or service?
That's a quick, easy, and cheap way to create niches.
Can you make your product or service more personal
and less cookie cutter?

5. "The Principle of Ease and Convenience" ? Find
more ways to make your product or service easier
and more convenient to buy, use, or own.

6. "The Principle of Elimination" ? What negative or
inconvenience can you eliminate for your customer,
with your product or service.

7. "The Principle of Enlargement" - Do people like your
service or product? Then it's a sure-fire bet there is a
segment of your market that would like even more of it.
Can you super-size something?

8. "The Principle of Entertainment" - From cradle to grave,
we all have this inner urge to be entertained, amused, or
fascinated especially before we spend our money. A
relaxed customer spends more. Find little ways to amuse
customers before, while or after they buy your product
or service.

9. "The Principle of Longevity" - It?s making some feature
of your product or service last longer. It can also include
making a positive experience or feeling last longer. If you
can do either, you will have a niche that?s hard to match.

10. "The Principle of Portability" - People hate to be tied
down. So, if your product allows people the freedom to
use your product or service in more than one place,
that's a powerful niche.

By following the above suggestions, you?ll be able to
create powerful money-making niches. And leave
your competition in the dust.

Your Immune System: How It Serves You
And Why You Need To Keep It Healthy

The immune system also plays a vital role in your
ability to weather exposure to parasites, bacteria,
viruses, toxins, and other hazards that interact daily
with our bodies. This list also includes degenerative
illnesses and accidents. These are considered
"triggers" for the immune system, but others could
something as unusual as the insulation in your
house or nail polish.

If you don't have a healthy immune system
(abundance of anti-oxidants), you are at the mercy
of any and every negative condition in your
environment - smoke, air pollution, water pollution, etc,
even stress. (There are children who have a very
limited (compromised) immune system. They have
to spend their entire life in very protective environments
so they are not exposed to any potential
life-threatening organisms.)

Your body's struggle against disease happens within
each and every individual cell, twenty-four hours a
day. Your immune system meets innumerable
challenges and overcomes countless enemies
throughout your lifetime. (A fatal infection often
represents the only unqualified loss in a generally
victorious campaign.)

For a time, it was widely assumed that infectious
diseases had been brought under control, especially
in our industrialized world. We now know that this is
not true. The appearance of AIDS and the recent
re-occurrence of TB (tuberculosis) are very real and
disturbing examples.

As well, we also now have harmful microorganisms
that are resistant to at least two very powerful groups
of drugs. If you are exposed to these pathogens
(disease-causing microorganisms), your immune
system might be unable to protect you. This is the
immune response malfunctioning (overloaded) or
not even existing any more.

Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began, and
David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.

on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.

Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.

The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.

The story leads to many friends, many adventures

The steady cadence of the drums was almost hypnotizing.
They certainly set up within one the steady rhythm of
the dance. The evening marched on and eventually
they let the fire die down slowly.

More food and beverage was passed around. The
drums stopped and the people sat around and talked,
not wanting the evening to come to an end.

Boolanga and Karmuz came over to sit with the three.
They chatted for a while and were brought up to date
with the wedding plans.

Eloise and Mazunta returned and the group shared
many stories and updates of what was happening
amongst friends.

They talked well into the early hours of the morning
before they decided to break it up. Oomano, Riata and
Romano were tired after the long day.

In an instant they were home and in bed for a much
needed rest. In a couple hours Miguele would be getting
up and going to work and Abetta would be working in
the kitchen getting breakfast ready for the kids.

The kids would be up around eight, as was their custom.

The girls went to their beds and Romano slept on the
couch. He was the first to awaken because of Miguele
and Abetta moving about in the kitchen. They tried to
be quiet but Romano awakened anyway.

"You guys don't have to be quiet. I'm awake" he yawned
as he spoke.

"Good morning Mister! What's the big idea keeping my
daughters out until all hours of the night?" Miguele came
over and slapped Romano on the shoulder, teasing him.

"We had quite a job to do yesterday. It took hundreds of
us, but we got the job done. Then, on our way back we
stopped in to see Missy and Maz. They were at the village
fire, and you know how long those go on. And after the fire
we sat and talked for a long time. I think we've only been
home for three hours." said a sleepy Romano.

"My Dad used to tell me that if you're going to play, you
gotta pay. Maybe I should take you to work with me today
and make you do some honest labor for a change." laughed
Miguele.

"Maybe I'd better go. I'll likely have a more restful day with
you than I will here with your two girls and all those kids."
Romano laughed right back.

Then the house erupted. The kids got up all at once and
the place was a noisy busy place, until Abetta could
get them all down at the table for breakfast. Even then
there was the constant clink of glasses, dishes, cutlery.
There was the chatter of excited, enthusiastic children
about to embark on another great day.

"So! Did you guys behave for Mrs. Abetta yesterday?"
Romano asked.

"YES!" they all hollered at once.

"You know I don't believe you. I think you gave her a
hard time. I'm going to ask her, should I?" he was teasing.

"YES!" came the resounding answer. He knew they had
behaved, but this morning they were not about to be
teased by him. And he was still too sleepy.

He jousted with a few of the older ones.

"Maybe we should all go outside to play, and let
Oomano and Riata sleep. What do you guys think?"
he asked.

Another "YES"

"Shhhh! You guys! Let's let the girls sleep." he tried to
quiet them, to no avail.

Finally Romano was able to get all the kids out in the
yard. He played with them, and as he became more
active, the more his energies returned to him. Miguele
left for work.

Romano got the soccer ball and they began to play.
Somehow they all chose their side, without words. They
all ganged up on him. He was quick with his feet, but the
kids got him often. Several times they knocked him down
and got rough with him.

a farmer in a pickup coming the other way leaning out
