What does the "SPF" in sunscreen mean anyway?
"SPF" stands for Sun Protection Factor. It applies
only to ultraviolet radiation. Basically, the SPF is a
multiple of how much time you can stay in the sun
without burning your skin. For instance, if you burn
without any sunscreen in 10 minutes, a sunscreen
with an SPF 15 would allow you to stay in the sun
for 150 minutes without burning.
What is that white stuff that life guards wear on
their noses?
It's zinc oxide or titanium oxide and it's the only sun
protector that provides COMPLETE protection. It
doesn't just absorb sunlight, it physically blocks the
light. But you'd look pretty silly smearing it all over
your body!

Again, today, we will have a short look at what is happening
in internet marketing. Those of you who have an interest
will note that projections are that email marketing will
increase substantially between now and the year 2008,
or so that is what eMarketer Research and Analysis
has to say.

Expect ample growth ahead for e-mail marketing. Responsys
aims to be responsible for some of that.
E-mail marketing spending will triple between 2003 and
2008, according to a recent Jupiter Research forecast.
In October of last year, Forrester Research also projected
growth for e-mail marketing, albeit at a slower pace and
from a slower base compared to Jupiter.
While optimistic projections are nice, what matters most
to digital marketing solutions provider Responsys is that
the company remains a leader in the space. One positive
step is bringing in Dan Springer, formerly of
Modem Media, as its CEO.

Cache
A cache (pronounce it as CASH) is a place to store something
temporarily. The files you automatically request by looking at a
Web page are stored on your hard disk in a cache. When you
return to a Web page you've recently looked at, the browser
gets it from the cache rather than the original server, saving
you time.
So whenever you return to a Webpage you've visited before,
you should always click your 'Refresh' button in your top tools
bar. This ensures you are looking at the most recent Web
pages, and not something which was stored in your cache a
while ago.

Do as much research on your own. Find out about all the
different possible treatments. A fast and favorite place of mine
to get information is Google. http://www.google.com
Think of a group of words that have meaning for you: something
you want to research. Put quotation marks round the entire
phrase and hit "enter". You will be amazed at what shows up!
You will have lots of information to sift through. Check out as
many sites as you feel you need. Some sites will be very
trustworthy and some less so, but at least you can read and
check out the sources. Don't allow others to think for you. A
change is in order. Otherwise nothing else will happen. Don't
allow anyone to discourage you from trying. At no time must you
ever give up hope.no matter what anyone tells you.
There are too many instances of people achieving their health
goals despite being told their lives are finished. The path
might be difficult and stressful, but isn't that the same for
many things you have had to do in the past? Stack the odds in
your favor. It's your game and you mean to win. Stick with
people who can and will enhance your determination.
Honestly, there are many, many people who have overcome these
negative health conditions. Unfortunately, good news is either
seen as a miracle and a one-time fluke, or it doesn't sell or
get mentioned at all. Want to learn more positive news? Turn off
the TV and radio unless you know the programs will make you feel
better. Tune out those that call themselves 'realists". They
will only scare you with their negativity tune into your own
goals. Focus on them alone.

Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began, and
David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.
The idea was that each was to take only the clothes
on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures
and many places. As you read on, enjoy. It continues . . . . . . .

She poked around in the fire and gave it a little more life.
The pot she had sitting on the wood, was beginning to boil.
The girls sat down cross legged, campfire style.
The day was already warm. The sun was up, just, but the
heat it was giving off was already felt by the girls, who
had come from the cool mountains of Australia.
Soon, out of the door of the hut came Hemno, now twelve,
rubbing his eyes, getting the sleep out of them. He headed
immediately behind the hut and into the bush. He was back
before long and a little more awake, although his face still
showed signs of just having gotten up. He had lines in his
face where he had laid on his arm.
"Good morning Hemno. How are you? You still look
sleepy." said Riata.
"Good morning Miss Riata. I'm fine."
"Hemno, I want you to meet Sandra. She is from Australia,
a country thousands of miles from here, maybe about as
far as the place where I live." said Riata.
"Hello Miss Sandra." Hemno said, not offering any more
words than he had to.
"Hello Hemno. We're here a little early aren't
we?" said Sandra.
"I guess so." replied Hemno, with the indifference kids
can show sometimes.
"When do you think Sonora will be up
Hemno?" asked Riata.
"Do you want me to go throw a stone on her? That would
get her up. But then she would chase me, and make
me pay for that." he responded with a twinkle in his eye.
"No, let's have a beverage and she'll join us soon. I'll get
her up." said Riata, now concentrating on Sonora.
She painted the picture of her sitting right outside the
hut beside the morning fire, sipping a drink Kenyata had
given her. Then she broadcast that to Sonora.
Before long she heard "Good morning Riata. Nice to see
you, again. Good morning Sandra. Welcome to my
home." Sonora was speaking those words as she was
coming out from the hut.
Mombudo was still sleeping. The older he got the
more he slept.
"Hello Sonora. Thank you for your welcome. Riata
brought me over here today thinking we would all have
a nice visit." said Sandra.
"That sounds terrific. Just let me get awake here for a
minute. Gee I slept sound last night. If it hadn't been for
Riata here waking me I would still be sleeping. You
guys sure visit early, don't you?"
"That's the problem with living and traveling by higher
law. You can be anywhere you want in an instant, but
the sun doesn't change just because we do." said Riata,
"Stop complaining and get some breakfast."
Sonora did a few chores around, helped her Mother a
bit, then poured herself a drink and sat down at the
fire next to the girls.
Soon the day was underway in earnest. Mombudo had
awakened, the breakfast had been served and Hemno
was on his way to meet some friends.
Sonora suggested going for a walk. She, Sandra and
Riata decided to walk down the road for a bit.
Sandra was interested in this country. It was a hot land,
and had it's dry spells. Each step she took, along the dry
dusty road they were walking, sent up little puffs of dust
as the foot created a draft when it landed.
She was already beginning to perspire. The sky was
cloudless and was going to be a scorcher.
The girls walked for miles, simply enjoying each others
company. Sandra and Sonora were getting to know one
another, and Riata was the catalyst.
Times had been peaceful for Sonora for quite a while now.
Both Sonora and Riata spoke of Eloise, and how she had
come to help out in this land. It was on one of those times
Eloise spotted Sonora and began to work with her. Since
then Sonora had met the whole family of Henrys.
