You Just Never Know
When You Are Going To
Need Somebody!
A motorcycle cop was rushed to the hospital with an
inflamed appendix.
The doctors operated and advised him that all was well.
However, the patrolman kept feeling something pulling
at the hairs on his chest. Worried that it might be a second
surgery the doctors hadn't told him about, he finally got
enough energy to pull his hospital gown down enough
so he could look at what was making him so
uncomfortable.
Taped firmly across his hairy chest were three wide
strips of adhesive tape, the ultra sticky kind. Written in
large black letters was the sentence, "Get well soon! Luv,
from the nurse you gave a ticket to last week!"
I know the policeman was just doing his job, but the
joke does show us you just never know when you are
going to run into someone with whom you dealt before.
It is always good policy to be polite, courteous, sincere
and genuine, honest to an infinite degree, and clearly
socially acceptable. Sometimes, when we aren't that
way, we inadvertently stumble across the path of
someone we hurt or treated unfairly.
If there is one thing that is perfectly clear it is that "What
goes around, comes around." The chickens you send
out, are the ones that come home to roost, only they
are much bigger then.
I know I have written about being nice to people, before.
Yet the topic cannot be overemphasized. It is not so
others will benefit from you, that I say this. It is that you
will benefit from this policy, big time. That, after all is the
law. "As ye sow, so shall ye reap." It could not be
otherwise, and the person who has an acute
understanding of this law, has much better control
of their life than those who do not.
So it is wise to remember, if you don't want real sticky
tape, three rows of it, stretched across your hairy
chest, be nice.

All Adults Should Take a Daily Multivitamin, Recommends AMA
Journal
All adults should take a multivitamin every day, according
to a report published by two Harvard doctors in the Journal
of the American Medical Association (2002;287:3127–9). This
recommendation is based on research demonstrating that
taking a multivitamin may help prevent a number of chronic
diseases, including heart disease, some cancers, and
osteoporosis.
According to the authors, the evidence is “conclusive” that
supplementing with folic acid during the first trimester of
pregnancy reduces the risk of a group of birth defects known
as neural tube defects. It is also well documented that
taking vitamin D along with calcium reduces the risk of
fractures in elderly women with thin bones (osteoporosis). A
strong, though not conclusive, case can be made that
supplementing with folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12
may help prevent heart disease by lowering homocysteine
levels. Additional research suggests that vitamin
supplements may reduce the risk of colon and breast cancer.
Keep these questions and thoughts in mind as you print off

4Now for the story
"When the people heard and saw they thought it was a
miracle and began to come and kneel down at that place.
They left much money and from that day the lines have not
stopped. The church is much agitated about what happened.
They had no expectations it would happen and it was
completely opposite to what they thought. Now, because of
the churches efforts and activities they have far fewer
people attend and their revenues are nearly dried up. Mr.
Sam took care of that. When the kids at the orphanage showed
me they could handle things I left the operations to them.
They all live by higher law now and I am not needed. I went
to China on a holiday and found another need and have been
at an orphanage there for years now. Mr. Sam came through
one day and caused all the kids to live by higher law. Now I
am not needed there. Our friends have seen fit to elevate my
status and I am treated very well. I now have special work
to do. It is my good and wonderful pleasure to meet with
you. It is your time and you shall be taking a journey of
faith and love. It is good you do this. You will enjoy. I
know your destination and I shall see you there. Fear not
the journey. You will go with friends. May I offer you this
beverage?"
"Yes, Miss Riata. Your power is energizing me even as we
speak. It is good this power. I am much honored you took
time to see me. You make me feel strong and confident. You
make me feel important."
"You are important. You have lived your life here, all
alone in your wisdom. You have worked hard for the benefit
of the village with no thought of return. You have given all
your life for the service of mankind as it presented itself
to you. You are to be honored and it is my honor, Old One,
to be able to sit and visit with you." Riata offered him a
beverage and they both sipped.
"Miss Riata, I have watched Mr. Sam, his daughter and
now Sonora, Kenyata, Mombudo, Hemno and Billy. They are no
different than I. How is it they can do the things they do?"
"Old One, it is only because they believe their Maker.
They follow the law, which is love your Maker more than any
other thing including life. Then, using your Maker's laws
whatsoever thing ye shall ask of your Maker, believing, ye
shall receive. The power is in believing. When one becomes
so convinced this is the correct and only way to live this
power comes to them. They live in human bodies, but they do
their Maker's bidding. The body becomes both the temple of
their Maker and a means of locomotion. What they do appears
as a miracle to you, yet it is a completely natural way to
live in your Maker's world. This world is for all men. All
are equal in this and none are turned away. Man, alone,
believes he is separated from his Maker. As he believes, so
be it. For those who know better and instead know their
Maker lives within their breast their world is different. It
only behooves man to sit still and see."
"I have been given much time to do that in these last
years. I see what you say and my heart says, yes, it is so.
Is that what this village will become as the years go by?"
"Yes, and that before your very eyes. Before this
wedding time is over and before your time is come, you shall
see it. We have all waited until the time is right. Billy
knew well what he was up to. It only took a while for the
village to permit him. None of us will ever force ourselves
upon anyone. Each must come by their choice. We will not
make them?"
"I like Billy. He came to me long ago for permission to
show the people of this village his way. I am glad they
decided to trust him and learn from him. I am reluctant to
say they follow him. He does not want that. He prefers each
learn his way and take up a completely independent and
capable life where one's heart is for his Maker only."
"Yes, Old One. It is so with all of us as with you. We
have seen you offer ideas yet wait for those seeds to take
root in the mind to which you offered them. It is the wise
way."
"I have watched the way your friends have infiltrated
our village. I don't think even now the villagers are aware
of what happened. I am glad you decided to do that. There
are so many of you I think you outnumber the villagers. They
would have been frightened if you had not entered their
lives the way you did. Thank you."
"You are welcome. It is our good pleasure. Old One, may
I take my leave now. Both Mr. Ben and Billy wish to spend
time with you. My blessings unto you. May your journey fill
your heart, mind and life. You are blessed among men."
The Old One was overwhelmed that these people, so
special, so capable, felt he had served mankind well. He was
pleased, of course, but that he had been known to these
people was a surprise to him, and a reassuring one at that.
Riata left as she had come. She appeared to float above
the ground. She was smooth, calm and confident. He knew she
had revealed secrets for him to see. He was even becoming
excited at the prospect of seeing his village all live by
higher law.
He sat there contemplating his visits with Sam and with
Riata. He felt energized, young. It was wonderful. Here the
village thought they were blessed, but it was he who was
receiving the blessing.
A shadow paused over him. He felt the coolness of it. He
looked up to see the cause and there was Ben Striker. Ben
was a huge man. As he had approached the Old One he
purposely blocked the sun from the Old One's eyes.
The Old One spoke. "You must be the one that is called
Mr. Ben. Mr. Sam and Riata, both told me you would pay a
visit. It is nice to meet you, please sit.
