COMING - COMING - COMING

FRIDAY, MARCH 11, 2007

Next Friday we will be launching the book -

"AND BILLIONS WILL DIE"

The book deals with subjects like global warming, population
increases, food shortages, economic collapse, fuel shortages,
global dimming, safe drinking water shortages and many other
topics.

A full year of intensive research has revealed more problems for
mankind that any government wants you to know. See for yourself
what your own life will be like. Find out what it will be like to go to
the grocery store only to find empty shelves. See what it will be
like when the food you find costs twenty times what you pay today.

What will happen to you when all these conditions happen at once?
Do you know what "Superbugs" are coming? And what will happen
when they hit your home town?

Did you know the government already has plans for shutting down
facilities like transportation systems and public buildings like schools
and hospitals?

Do you know these conditions are all converging into a
relatively short time frame and are likely to hit all at once?

The book deals with the conditions in which all will live and shows you
how to survive. We have set up a web site that deals with how to spot
the timing of such things and what you can do to keep you and
your family safe.

Learn that "GLOBAL WARMING" is the least of man's problems and
you will see how they keep that front and center so you will not see the
other things coming at us.

Watch for it next Friday. This is one book that is a must read to
prepare you for the future. It can save your life.

What was the original name of Pepsi?

Did any other soft drinks contain harmful drugs?

7-Up did. Originally, 7-Up was called "Bib-Label Lithiated
Lemon-Lime Soda" and it contained lithium, a strong
antidepressant. The soda was touted as a cure for
grouchiness, upset stomachs, and hangovers.

Which sodas have the most caffeine?

Well, you might have guessed that Jolt would have a lot.
Jolt has 72 milligrams of caffeine per serving. Mountain
Dew, at 54 milligrams, is also rather high. Coca-Cola only
has 46 milligrams, and Pepsi even less - 38 milligrams. How
does this compare to coffee? Coffee has between 50 and 200
milligrams of caffeine.

Conviction

Fifty-six men signed the Declaration of Independence. Their
conviction resulted in untold sufferings for themselves and
their families. Of the 56 men, five were captured by the
British and tortured before they died. Twelve had their
homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons in the
Revolutionary Army. Another had two sons captured. Nine of
the fifty-six fought and died from wounds or hardships of
the war. Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and
trader, saw his ships sunk by the British navy. He sold his
home and properties to pay his debts and died in poverty. At
the battle of Yorktown, the British General Cornwallis had
taken over Thomas Nelson's home for his headquarters. Nelson
quietly ordered General George Washington to open fire on
his own home. The home was destroyed and Nelson died
bankrupt. John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as
she was dying. Their thirteen children fled for their lives.
His fields and mill were destroyed. For over a year, he
lived in forest and caves, returning home only to find his
wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later, he
died from exhaustion.

These men believed in the idea that autonomy was better for
the colonies in North America. They could see no value in
shipping the fruits of their labors to England for taxes
where, if kept home, they would much faster help build a
country. They thought long and hard on this principle for
they well knew it would cost them.

Do you have such conviction about your objectives? Are you
so fired up about what you are doing that you are prepared
to go through what these men went through?

If not, why not? How do you expect to achieve if your
convictions are subject to change at the next dollar? If
what you started was a good idea in the first place then
stick at it now. Every problem contains within it the seed
of it's solution.

Without the conviction that you will do or die most things
of meaning and purpose will fade away in your life. It is to
be abundantly clear that if you would succeed at what you
are doing then you must mean business, right down to your
core. You must set your objective against which you will
accept no alternative.

If the men that signed the Declaration Of Independence had
no such conviction there is no telling what kind of a
country you would live in today. Those men changed the way
the world does things. What they stood for then has made our
world today in which you earn a living. If you have similar
convictions you will do well within your own life.

Bear in mind though, you will need the same depth of ...

Conviction

MEDICAL COLUMN - - - by Karin Henderson

The Ins And Outs of Breathing
Every breath you take is vital to your survival
(This is not just discussion of the obvious - look!)
PART 9 of 10

Can you see how one thing influences the next and the next one
as well? But there is more...

This chronic inflammation in the lung causes significant fatigue
and a depleted immune system in those who struggle with asthma.
(Asthma is an inflammatory disorder of the airways,
characterized by periodic attacks of wheezing, shortness of
breath, chest tightness, and coughing.)

Whether the immune system is fighting a chronic infection or
whether it is fighting pollutants in the air, the inflammation
created by both of these conditions wears it down. If you know
any children with asthma, you will recognize that they seem to
having many infections and always seem to be tired.

Your body can handle small amounts of free radicals, but if they
persist in larger numbers for a longer period of time, it can
lead to oxidative stress. All this unpleasant inconvenience of
being sick or not being able to breathe properly leads people to
do a lot of self-medication. And that is where you need to
understand how "rebound" affects your system. This happens when
you use a nasal spray or drops more the three times a day for
more than three days in a row. It will shrink the mucous
membrane, but when you finish using the medication, the
membranes will swell up more than their original size. Please
check with your pharmacist, but also be very cautious. The
condition is very real, but in doing research about it, I found
little available information.

Air pollutants cause a tremendous amount of oxidative stress in
the respiratory tract and in turn, the body. When you add the
most severe cause of oxidative stress to the body--cigarette
smoking, the nasal passageways and lungs are literally under
attack. Respiratory tract infections or exposure to airborne
pollutants have so many free radicals that they can overwhelm
the local anti-bacteria, anti-viral, and antioxidant systems.
When this happens, there is a tremendous inflammatory-immune
response. The fluids in the lining of the lungs become very
thick and sticky.

PERCEPTIONS . . . by Ken Darby

-----------------------DISCLAIMER

Some around me think I am an opinionated old goat.
Whether that be true or not I will sometimes, in this column,
talk about things people don't like to talk about - or don't want
out in the open. Take it all with a grain of salt.

Do your own thinking, and don't accept the things I say as
gospel. They are only mental meanderings from a simple soul.

We're Gonna Have NUKES! Oh Boy!

Everything is going along just fine in the NUKE world today.
It appears that even after all the posturing and receiving
of money, food, gifts etc. North Korea is still not going to
close its nuclear facilities.

North Korea has apparently learned, very well, the skill of
bilking people, nations and negotiators. Oh, they say they
need the nuclear facilities for power, and we are expected
to believe them. Moreover, they are even willing to let in
the nuclear investigators. We’ll see how long that will
last.

Iran, of course, is celebrating “Nuclear” day and boasting
about having 300 centrifuges, ostensibly for power
production. Is there any doubt Iran is building nuclear
weapons? World opinion alone is driving them to it even if
they didn’t have that notion in mind themselves.

I see the Catholic church is still supporting sexual abuse
priests. They continue their policy of not looking at cases,
stalling, moving priests out of parishes and diocese, but
the one notable thing they are not doing is listening to the
victims. It’s the same old thing. Stall them long enough and
they will go away.

Personally I find it incredulous that an organization like
the church can get away with this. Why has there been no
charges filed? Why have the offending priest not been
brought to trial? Why has the Pope continued this campaign
of stalling rather than cleansing?

Oh well. There must be money in it someplace, and power of
course.

WHY DO WE SAY IT?

Keelhaul: what is the reason a severe reprimand is called a
"keelhauling"?

In certain European navies it was once the practice to tie a
delinquent sailor to a yardarm, attach a weight to his feet,
and they by means of a rope "haul" him from one side of the
ship to the other beneath the "Keel". The result was often
fatal.

THINK ABOUT THIS TODAY!

To have courage for whatever comes in life--everything
lies in that.

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

HA! HA! HA!

An artist asked the gallery owner if there had been any
interest in his paintings which were on display at that
time.

"You know George, I have good news and bad news," the owner
replied.

"The good news is that a gentleman inquired about your work
and wondered if it would appreciate in value after your
death. When I told him it would, he bought all 27 of your
paintings."

"That's wonderful," the artist exclaimed. "What's the bad
news?"

"The guy was your doctor."
