Toilet tissue is a staple of American households now,
but when it was first introduced, the public just couldn't
see paying good money to buy toilet tissue when they had
plenty of newspapers, old store catalogs, and other paper
products to use instead. (Before printed materials, of
course, there were always leaves.)
Is it true that people used to just empty chamber pots
out of their windows?
They weren't SUPPOSED to, but they did. Prior to the use
of indoor plumbing, people used chamber pots as toilets.
It was common in the Middle Ages for those chamber pots
to be emptied at night out the window. Supposedly, that's
also where the custom of a man escorting a lady on the
inside of a sidewalk originated. The lady was to be
protected from suddenly falling filth.

What Will Your Cash Balance
Be Six Months from Now?

What do you expect your cash balance to be six months from
now?
This one question will transform the way you manage your
business.
It will reveal to you whether you are managing your business
or whether your business is managing you. And there is a
huge difference between the two.
When you know the answer to this question, you can rest
assured you are in control of your cash flow. You are free
to focus on what you do best - growing your business and
making more money.
When you answer this question with "I don't know", then you
are headed down a path that could lead to the failure of
your business. You absolutely, positively cannot run a
business and not know where you expect the cash balance to
be. You will end up wasting your valuable time worrying and
stewing over what may or may not happen.
Remember, Cash Is King, because No Cash = No Business.
If the cash ever runs out, then the entire business goes
down the drain. Cash is the lifeblood of the business. You
need to know what it is now and what you expect it to be
six months from now - period.
THE PEACE OF MIND SCHEDULE
The key to answering this question is having a monthly cash
flow projection for your business. A schedule that shows
your projected revenues and expenses in the context of your
beginning and ending cash balance for each month.
I can't stress enough how critical this is to really taking
control of your business... and your cash flow.
I have been using a cash flow projection schedule since
1991. I call this schedule the Peace of Mind schedule. It
presents the cash flow of the business in a way that makes
it crystal clear where the money is going and where I
expect the cash balance to be six months from now.
The schedule shows projected revenues and expenses in the
context of the beginning and ending cash balances. Each
month is presented next to each other so the actual cash
flows for previous months are shown next to the expected
cash flows (and the expected cash balances) for the coming
months.
It's the perfect tool for clearly showing you what's going
on with your cash balance. It presents the cash flow of
your business in a way that is simple to understand and easy
to use.

The safest way to start your journey of PREVENTION is to work
with a low fat, low carbohydrate, high fibre diet and include a
moderate exercise program. AS ALWAYS, CONSULT YOUR
DOCTOR FOR APPROVAL. You will also, most probably, want
to find a very effective, complete, balanced nutritional
supplement program to supply the missing, but necessary
dietary support.
Your greatest defense against disease is your own healthy body.
Common sense says that you need a strong, healthy immune system
that will maintain and protect your health.
There is also a very strong connection between your body and
your mind. Many people are afraid of pursuing this idea to any
degree. They feel that if you can't see it, it doesn't exist.
However, this connection is very real. For your own wellbeing,
you would do well to at least acknowledge it and use it a tiny
bit. For example, it is a well-known fact that if you act
enthusiastically even when you don't feel it, you WILL
eventually FEEL it!
So instead of focussing on loosing weight, focus on becoming
healthier. See yourself as having loads of energy: of doing a
specific sport or activity that you wouldn't normally think you
could do.of seeing yourself in an outfit you couldn't fit into!
Let your mind get you started on a healthier and more enjoyable
lifestyle. To develop and maintain a life-long lean body, it is
essential to develop a winning attitude. Realize that this could
mean changing some unhealthy habits and counterproductive
thoughts. But as I said in the beginning, your body, INCLUDING
your mind is in a constant state of changing. So change is
normal.
The importance of nutrition in staying active and energetic is
now widely accepted. Nutrition is about what you eat and how
this food effects your body and health. Health and wellness
happen when your body is fed optimally and provides you with
energy and enthusiasm. And the best way to achieve this is
through a balanced diet. You want to do everything possible to
enhance the quality of your life. This is not alternative
medicine. This concept is well supported by research from
respected mainstream medical and nutritional journals, and the
JAMA studies are of great Importance! So take a close and
careful look at your present nutritional level to see if it
meets your needs..or your "wants". Does it give you the energy
you require or desire? Are you always ready to do those things
which you really love doing? If it doesn't meet your needs, then
start looking at what you eat because it's the only way for
"energy" to enter your body.
If you take an active part in your health prevention today, it
will repay you handsomely later on. And that "pay back time"
doesn't have to be far, far down the road. It can be a little as
next month or two months from now.or whenever you start. For
most people it averages between three to four months. Then they
really have noticeable changes. Bodies are all different, and
require different levels of nutrition to create the necessary
energy. BUT it does need some "foundational basics". Once you
understand this whole concept, it won't be difficult to look at
degenerative diseases in a very different and encouraging light.
LIFE can be whatever you choose to make it. When should you
start? Now! Are you ever too young or too old to star? NO!!

wonderful but something for which we should all be
thankful. Living by higher law has changed all our
lives for the better. We live healthy, long,
stress free lives where we have need of nothing
and are able to truly help those in need. It is a
true shame mankind does not learn the way."
Of all the people at this little gathering
only the children did not live by higher law.
They, by their presence and proximity would well
learn. They were absorbing all they saw and heard,
as if they were sponges cleaning up spilt milk on
a floor.
The group well knew that children do as they
see. They follow the adult examples before them
and what you do they will do. It is no good to
smoke and say to a child "Don't smoke." The child
will eventually do as your example has taught.
Moreover what they see and learn within the first
seven years of life becomes indelibly imprinted
upon their minds. That is why the Catholic church
says that "If you give me a child for their first
seven years we will have them for life." It is one
of the basic tenets of growth for the Catholic
church.
So the children were learning fast. They were
watching as the adults manifested food and drink.
They listened to all the stories the adults told.
They absorbed. In this environment it was easy for
them to "assume" life was to be like what they
saw. From time to time they would do likewise, not
in surprise or incredulity, but because to them it
was a natural way to live, after all their parents
lived this way, it must be right. And they assumed
their way into higher law, without even
questioning whether it was right or not. That is
the way with children. They do not question what
they learn as children. They just do and follow.
It is interesting adults in all communities
teach their children to be just like them, and
will literally fight to the death to preserve
their way of life as if it is the only way. They
do this in complete ignorance of the ways of their
Maker and, indeed, will fight vehemently against
their Maker's ways.
It is like life in India, where the adults
teach their children their way is the only way.
Then they migrate to another country and learn
that other parts of the world live differently.
Suddenly their way isn't the only way, yet they
try to preserve their basic religious tenets as if
that was the only way. They desperately hold on to
the past, being afraid to explore for truth and
the way of their Maker. It is the same for every
country and community.
Only when one travels to other parts of the
world can they see the philosophical differences
and begin to question who and what is right.
People all over the world are the same in their
patterns. None are exempt. Yet it is in this very
knowledge that truth lies buried in such simple
fashion that only the enlightened see. Man must
make a choice, and in doing so will be chastened
by the rest of the sea gulls in the flock.
But for these children, they will learn the
way of their Maker because that is the only way
they are seeing. Hence life will naturally evolve
for them as masters. It will ever be so when
mankind once more steps back into the garden from
whence he left.
All knowledge can well be learned. The laws
have existed for all eternity. Man could well have
flown 5000 years ago as he does today. It took him
this long to learn and adapt to the laws that
existed from the beginning. So, to with
electricity, medicine and all laws upon which man
is basing his "technology". So too with spiritual
laws that can have all men become masters once
they learn that material goods are their burden,
not their blessing. The drive to remain part of
the group is strong and only the brave and daring
will leave the group to learn more. And at that
they will have competition attempting to belittle
them and hold them back. The closer to truth one
gets, the harder and louder this competition
becomes. They fight because they know they can
only preserve what they have if no one else leaves
the flock to seek further afield, and thereby has
others see life exists elsewhere and different
ways.
So the children in this group were blessed.
Yet in no way more than anyone in the world being
blessed for having chosen to be born where they
are. Your soul knows what you need to learn in
this lifetime and it will seek those conditions
where those lessons will be absorbed. One can only
enhance by choice. One cannot go backward. They
can only prolong the training by failing to learn
the lessons which will be repeated until the
lesson is learned. It is in this way there is an
inexorable never ending, never failing movement
toward higher law.
