Is it true that no two snowflakes are alike?
Yes. Each snowflake has six points, but no two flakes are
identical. Each flake falls in a unique way, and is influenced
by temperature, wind, moisture, and the distance it falls.
Thus, each flake crystallizes differently by the time it
reaches the ground.

Leg/foot - Diabetes
QUESTION: One thing that has been bugging me is a
problem leg/foot. I have diabetes, but I also have back/neck
problems. Now my foot will act up at times. It would either
burn, ache, or just feel that pressure on it is a no-no. I have
asked doctors about what could relieve it, and the answer
they have given is to take Vitamin B supplements. I have
been doing that, but there has been no improvement.
ANSWER: Foot care in Diabetics is very, very important. The
reason is that you have poor circulation in your extremities....
hands and feet. So any trauma (accident) or infection will have
little help from your body's defense mechanism. This "system"
is designed to bring extra fluid to the area (feet) and then take
away toxins as they build up... sort of like washing them out.
Diabetes is a degenerative condition, and the American
Medical Association (AMA) has suggested that this could be
reversible with a "optimum" amount of nutritional supplements",
the most helpful being a multi-vitamin & mineral supplement.

a health care practitioner who specializes in Diabetes. There
is so much new information available that you should know

so full of hope and advanced knowledge! He personally
has Diabetes and THEN got into medicine to help others!

When tea was ready it was brought to a small
table at the rear of the house. It was a kind of
courtyard without fences or walls. The doctor had

men. It has come to me so long ago that men who
fight with their brothers are no more than selfish
children. They know not what they do."
"That is true and so long as they permit
hatred so long shall they suffer the pain thereof.
It is not for us to judge but to aid. We cannot
force them to change, but show them the results of
their ways. It is the young that are spawned in
those households that concern me. They will live
in an environment where the Father of the house
spreads his thoughts about his perceived enemies.
The children are taught from an early age to hate.
It is not a natural thing with children. They must
be taught this. The men whom you tended to this
day will now be unable to teach hatred without
enduring much pain. They will learn to teach
love."
"Is that what they mean when they say the sins
of the father shall be passed unto the children
for seven generations?" The doctor had been
listening and it came to him this might be what is
meant by that statement.
"Yes, Sukhbir. When a father teaches hatred
unto his children it becomes buried deep within
their psyche, deep in the core of their being.
They, without thought, teach it to their children.
It is only where concentrated effort is applied
that this vicious cycle can be broken. When the
laws of man, backed by a military or police force,
stops the aggressive fighting, then it will take
at least seven generations to break this hatred.
However, it nonetheless remains buried and will
rise again, given the least opportunity. History
well shows that neighbors living in communities,
peacefully, for hundreds of years will, at the
right provocation, explode into open hatred in
mere minutes, when the opportunity presents
itself. And so, the sins of the father are visited
upon his children."
"Can this cycle be broken?"
"Only by learning love for ones fellow man in
spite of circumstances can that be broken. When
all men prefer to treat each other with love
rather than hatred, will that cycle be broken. Men
must learn to think, act, move and live by clear
thinking minds rather than with emotions. Clear
thinking will bring about the changes of which you
speak."
"Why are some people so hard to reach? Why is
it so obvious to some and so far away for others?"
"Doctor, all men can see. Those who choose not
to see prefer instead to live with their emotions.
They feel the power it brings within their bodies
and they think this is right, even if it means
taking the life of another. Only when these men
can be seated, stilled long enough to think
without emotion can they see through the fallacy
of their ways. However to get a man to that
position is very difficult. That is why living as
an example to others is so important. Sooner or
later a man gets sick of the pain. He then looks
to see what else is available. What he sees in
others will then begin to have him change his
actions. That is the beginning. Living as an
example to others is powerful."
"It is time for us to leave. Thank you for
tea. Ranni, please call whenever you have the
least little question or situation with which you
need help. We will come."
With that Billy and Sam rose, placed their
hands together as if in prayer, bowed, and
vanished.
When they touched down at home it was nine
