How much light does a cat need to see?
A cat needs just 1/6th the light a human needs to be
able to see.
What do cats, camels, and giraffes have in common?
Cats, like camels and giraffes, walk by moving their front
and hind legs on one side, then the front and hind legs
on the other side. When most other animals move, the
front leg on one side and the hind leg on the other
move together.

I Wish That 2005 Brings You More
Abundance Than You Dream!
Once a year we get a chance to wish one another a Happy
New Year. It is another milestone, a landmark that marks
the passage of time.
For some it will bring wonderful anniversaries, others, it
will mean they are of legal age to drive. Still others it will
mark another year in college, or, sadly, another year
having passed since the death of a loved one.
All these things are important in the human landscape.
They are significant occurrences in ones life and the
New Year celebration seems to bring home the poignancy
of those things.
It is our hope those things are happy memories, that they
are cherished and revered, even if they are sad.
Now we embark on another year, 2005. We all have to
get used to the idea of putting down the right date when we
next write a check, or a letter. Beyond that the whole year
lies before us jammed, packed full of opportunity.
Some of us will reach our goals, others will be well along
the way to doing so. Some will marry, some will divorce,
some will have children, some will adopt, some will have
quintuplets. Still others will die, some in horrible accidents,
others by foolish actions, some from failing health. We know
not what this year will bring.
Yet we do know that it is filled with promise, that we can
all enjoy and advance in this year 2005. We know we will
continue our lives and each will seek what they think best
for them. We will dream, we will act, we will do, be
and become.
It is our wish that all you hope for in 2005 will come to
pass so quick that you actually do, have and be more
than you wanted. We wish upon health, prosperity and
above all happiness.
Make this year a good one. Happy New Year.

Mercury / Amalgam Dental Fillings
PART 6 of 8
Allergies and Mercury
There is yet another possibility to explore. I believe
there are a significant number of people who have
allergies or express sensitivity to mercury, either
directly or indirectly, as mercury can cause or
contribute to autoimmune disorders. When mercury
amalgam fillings are put in or removed, exposure one to
mercury vapor is exceptionally high. I believe that
this exposure can trigger a reaction in susceptible
individuals. Although I am not qualified to comment on
how someone with Meniere's would be affected by such an
acute dose of mercury one receives during these
procedures, I personally would not want to take that
unnecessary risk. Thus the importance of using a
mercury free dentist and a safe amalgam removal
protocol is very important.
This is especially true for anyone with any idiopathic
disease or condition whose symptoms are triggered by
unknown causes. For example, I've a friend who has
early symptoms of Meniere's and she told me that before
she knew the importance of safe amalgam filling
removal, some of her symptoms were triggered when she
had her fillings removed. I can only speak to her
situation but it makes sense for anyone having this
condition to check with their mercury free dentist and
only have one amalgam filling removed at the first
appointment (even with the safe removal protocol) and
then determine if the person had any side effects from
that visit. If not he or she can proceed with removal
at the pace that suits both the dentist and patient. If
side effects are noticed the removal should proceed
slowly, with adequate time in between dental
appointments. At mercuryfreenow.com we have the world's
largest database of mercury free dentists to
help people in that regard.
Testing for Mercury: Fecal Metals Test
In addition, I recommend that anyone with Meniere's
should find an alternative health professional who
understands the effects of chronic mercury poisoning
and is willing to explore the possibility that he or
she may be mercury toxic. While a subjective review of
the symptoms of chronic mercury poisoning can be
helpful I'd strongly urge them to have an
objective fecal metals text done. This test indicates
how much mercury the body is removing naturally and it
can be referenced to the amount eliminated by those
tested who didnt have amalgam fillings. It can also be
used to monitor a mercury detoxification program. (This
test must be ordered by your health professional from
Doctor's Data Laboratories. Contact information can be
found at www.doctorsdata.com.) A person with this
disease might also want to take the mercury assessment
evaluation in A Mouth Full of Poison as it may help
determine, subjectively, your present risk of mercury
poisoning.
If the objective fecal metals test levels indicate a
high body burden of mercury I would recommend that the
individual undertake a mercury detoxification program.
Even in very small amounts mercury is harming the body.
If the bodys burden of mercury is high I believe it
will not only be contributing to every health issue but
will dramatically reduce the immune systems ability to
deal with these health problems.

THE NET'S BEST KEPT SECRET

THE SAGA OF PINEHILL
by Ken Darby
--------------------------------------
Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began
and David Wylie, age 20, were selected by a
stranger in town to take a dangerous trip,
together. The idea was that each was to take
only the clothes on their back and go
anywhere in the world where the stranger
took them. They were to be left there to find
their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they
were. If they arrived back home, there
would be a million dollars waiting in each
of their bank accounts
The story deals with their adventures along
and leads to the only way they could survive.
The story leads to many friends, many
adventures and many places.
As you read enjoy. It continues . . . . . . .

They were lost in lust. He fondled her breasts
as he lay on her. She loved it.
Finally, he broke the kiss. "Oh my! I can't
help myself. You're wonderful."
"Oh, Tim, take me. I want you. I love you. I
want you inside me now."
"Sharon we can't right now. I want you too. In
fact I have been thinking of nothing else." He
pushed his groin into her again, even though they
were still fully clothed. She groaned, closed her
eyes put her head back, pushed her loins into him,
"Oh, yes."
Tim knew he had to stop. He pushed his erect
member at her two or three more times and then
rolled off her onto the floor.
"Oh, Tim, I love you." Sharon had rolled onto
her side and laid her head on his shoulder. She
was almost in tears, this emotion grabbed her that
much. She let her hand move slowly down to his
crotch and there she fondled him. He moved in time
with her movements. They were both out of breath.
"Oooh!" He groaned. He knew he could not
continue this. He was near a climax and he didn't
want that at this moment. "Sharon, my sweet," he
grabbed her in his arms, "let's go have some
coffee or something. We can't keep this up we'll
be in trouble, for sure."
"Oh, Tim I want you. I love you. Please."
"Not yet Sweet, not yet. It'll happen but when
it is right."
He began to get up. Sharon all the while held
him at his crotch. Tim laughed, "You better let go
of that thing or there might be trouble."
She squeezed it and moved around it several
more times. "I hope so." She laughed.
They went into the kitchen and Tim poured
coffee. They sat on opposite sides of the table
and stared into each other's eyes.
"I was thinking, Mom and Dad are down in South
America visiting Eloise. Would you like to go down
there for a couple days and visit too? Have you
got anything going on that might interfere with
that idea?"
"I think that would be great. i'd like to see
them again. When can we go?"
"We'll go right after we finish our coffee. I
noticed how you arrived here. Welcome. It is
wonderful to have you know higher law. I'll work
with you on anything you don't understand. I love
you."
They sat there for a few minutes more and held
hands while they talked and drank their coffee.
Soon the coffee was gone.
Tim let go of her hand, rose and took his
coffee cup over to the sink where he rinsed it out
and put it on the counter. Sharon rose and brought
her cup over to the sink as well and was about to
rinse her cup, but Tim was on her and she dropped
it.
Tim had put his arms around her and was
hugging her. He turned her around so her bum was
resting against the kitchen counter. He kissed her
again and again. His hands were all over her. She
loved it. "Oh Tim" She sighed deeply.
Tim had unzipped her jeans and had them half
way down her thighs. He had his hand inside her
panties and was touching her, moving his fingers
up and down. She pushed outward to get more of his
fingers. "Oh, yes, yes." Then he had his fingers
inside her, quickly moving them in and out.
"Oh Tim don't stop."
Those were the magic words. The word stop,
while not meant the way Sharon said, hit a trigger
in Tim's brain. Once more he slowly and quietly
pulled his hand out.
"Sharon, I'm sorry. I just can't seem to keep
my hands off you. I want you so bad. It just
shouldn't be here and now. There will be a time
and a place. I'm sorry."
He tried to help her straighten her clothes.
She was finally able to zip them up. As men always
do he brought his fingers to his nose to smell her
sweetness. It was euphoric and he couldn't get it
out of his mind.
He looked her straight in the eye and then
took her hand. The moment they grasped hands they
were suddenly in that warm climate of Eloise's
village, in front of Eloise's hut.
There was no one home. They had all gone
somewhere. Tim saw that the village was carrying
on at a normal pace and doing normal day to day
things, so he knew there was nothing strange going
on.
Taking Sharon's hand he began to walk in the
general direction of the beach. He had the idea
his sister and his folks would be there. He could
have gone there using higher law, but they were so
close, and he wanted more time to cool down from
his and Sharon's lovemaking.
Sharon didn't mind the opportunity to gather
her wits either. She was flushed and wanted to
cool down. She once again straightened her
clothing and she walked with Tim.

HA! HA! HA!
During the Super Bowl, there was another football game
of note between the big animals and the little animals.
The big animals were crushing little animals and at
half-time, the coach made a passionate speech to
rally the little animals.
At the start of the second half the big animals had the
ball. The first play, the elephant got stopped for no
gain. The second play, the rhino was stopped for no
gain. On third down, the hippo was thrown for a
5 yard loss.
The defense huddled around the coach and he
asked excitedly, "Who stopped the elephant?"
"I did," said the centipede.
"Who stopped the rhino?"
"Uh, that was me too," said the centipede.
"And how about the hippo? Who hit him for a 5 yard loss?"
"Well, that was me as well," said the centipede.
"So where were you during the first half?" demanded the coach.
"Well," said the centipede, "I was having my ankles taped."
