How To Get The Right Golf Score!

My 5-year-old nephew wanted to caddy for my brother's
golf game. "You have to count my strokes," my brother
told him. "How much is six plus nine plus eight?"
"Five." answered the nephew.
"Okay," my brother said, "let's go."
I love this joke. I golf maybe once every 20 years, so
you can imagine what my scores look like. I need a
nephew like this one and that way I will at least be
accepted at the 19th hole.
I lucked out the other day. I went golfing for the first time
in at least 20 years and guess what? I got a hole in one.
That was certainly the topic of conversation for the rest
of the day. There were many a golfer who wondered
how an amateur could get one when they are out there
every day and haven't even come close.
Yet the joke tells us something else too. It speaks of
integrity. While it is a simple joke, it reveals there are
some people in the world who will do anything to win,
regardless whether it's right or not. To some the end
clearly justifies the means.
These people need a reality check. It does not matter to
me what they do to win. It should not matter to you either.
Let them go their way. However the law of laws will
unmistakably make life miserable for them somewhere
along the line. As ye give so shall it be given unto you,
is the law that will ensure each is properly rewarded for
their thoughts, actions, deeds. So the win at all costs
attitude may not be right for those who practice it. Maybe
the win at all costs save those that are dishonorable
would be a better attitude.
The world will always have those who will take, steal,
cheat, and otherwise get what they have by means
considered unacceptable by most of society. Your choice
is what kind of a "winner" will you be?

What If...Reflecting On Chemicals Going Into Your Body

All your meds come with list of possible side effects or
complications. I asked the lady with the blood pressure and
cholesterol meds if she had read the documentation that came
with the drugs. She said she had not done that. Instead she
asked her doctors and pharmacist if there were any interactions.
Everyone felt she was safe. Now she needs to read the papers.
Have you ever watched the TV commercials for drugs? I find them
very interesting. By law, drug companies have to declare
possible complications and side effects. Yes, the information is
both printed...it runs across the screen. I have never been able
to read the complete message. And yes, it is read aloud. But the
lifestyle imagery in the overall picture is so captivating, that
I loose my concentration and watch that instead! And of course,
I block out or never even hear any of the negative
possibilities! I suggest you listen more carefully than I do.
Those messages are vital to your health. If there can be no
possible side effects or complications, it would mean no
documentation is required. If you do see or hear about possible
side effects, some people must be a part of the statistics.
Otherwise they wouldn't need to be mentioned.
My point, with this information, is to make you aware and to get
you to think! Pay close attention to what is entering your body;
include washing soap, toothpaste, and a huge variety of personal
care products. And don't forget to think of your environment:
the chemicals you breathe in, the additives and preservatives in
food, the fertilizers outside, and any enhancers such as
sulfites, MSG, etc. The list is a long one. All of these
chemicals ride along with you. Are they providing you with
health and wellness? Reflect on these ideas and take back some
control.

appropriate advice.

Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began, and
David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.
The idea was that each was to take only the clothes
on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures
and many places. As you read on, enjoy. It continues . . . . . . .

"Good morning! You guys sleep well?" asked
Sue.
"Sure did, how about you?" asked Alewka.
"We had a wonderful sleep. We came over to say
goodbye. We think we'll have a bite to eat at
David and Pam's and then be on our way. We'll see
you in another month or so. Keep the home fires
burning" said Mae.
"You bet. Enjoy your trip. See you later" Sam
and Alewka, Maz and Eloise said in unison.
Mae and Sue walked back to David and Pam's.
There they were given lunch. Giving everyone hugs
and kisses, the ladies said their goodbyes and
vanished.
Arriving at Shing Li's was a surprise to both
Shing Li and Psong. The pair of them had just gone
to bed when Mae and Sue arrived.
"Hi you two. What are you doing back here so
soon? We thought you were going to be a couple
weeks" asked Shing Li.
"Oh, we just missed you two" said Mae.
"Actually we were enjoying out trip so much we
wanted to get back to it. Sorry to keep you up and
awake. We didn't want to make any noise. Good to
see you again. Go to sleep and we'll talk in the
morning" was Mae's response.
The morning was up and in full operation long
before there was much stirring in Shing Li's
house. Eventually the ladies all rose and got
their day underway.
Shing Li went to her magic box and got meals
for everyone.
Mae noticed she had some material in the front
room, and had apparently been working on some
piece of clothing. Good girl Mae thought. "What
are you doing here Shing Li?"
"So I can keep my magic box I am starting to
sew some clothing to give away" came the response.
"That's good. Keep up the good work. Did
anything much happen while we were away?"
"Nothing of consequence. Psong and I were
talking about you and Susan and how you did all
these things. We want to do them too."
"Shing Li you can. After you have committed to
use the law 'As ye give, so shall ye receive',
then there are two more things you must learn to
do.The first is you must know, beyond any doubt,
in a rock solid way the laws of your Maker exist
that allow you to do these things. Second and this
may be the most important, you must stop ALL
internal dialogue. You must not look at something
and say to yourself what it is. There is to be no
internal speaking with yourself. Do not describe
things, do not call things by name or pronounce
them good or bad. Just look at things as they are.
Feel and know you are a child of your Maker. Know
you can change any circumstance for the benefit of
yourself and mankind. This 'knowing' will cause
you to manifest all conditions you need" said Mae.
"That is all there is to it?" asked Shing Li.
"That's all, except you have been in the habit
of talking to yourself so much that you will find
it a hard habit to break. It will take practice
and perseverance. Remember consistent and
persistent effort will win the day. Stop and you
will not gain your objective. Continue and you
will become a Master" answered Mae.
"There is one more thing Shing Li. Your
journey from here on in must be taken by each of
you alone. Mae and I can be of no help, but a
hinderance if we stay. This requires personal
commitment and personal doing. Mae and I will only
be a crutch for you to lean on. You must do this
yourself. So we will be leaving in a few days" Sue
brought the news Shing Li did not want to hear.
"Why? You can teach us" cried Shing Li. She
was too used to the comfort, support and
protection offered by Mae and Sue.
"Shing Li, you will be protected. We have told
you all you need to know. The rest is a matter of
you doing it. If we are here you will continue to
talk and ask us questions where you should go
inside and ask them of your Maker. You do not need
us anymore and will be much better off without us.
All you need do is commit to the exclusion of all
other alternatives, and you will achieve" Mae told
her.
Over the next couple days the four women
became even closer. They walked about town, down
to the rice paddies, over to the water wheel, and
generally just enjoyed each other's company and
the long hot days. But the time had now come.
"We will be on our way today" said Sue, after
having some breakfast that Shing Li offered.
The ladies said their goodbyes. "Remember, if
you need any one of us, or both of us, you can
envision us in your mind and then call us. We will
hear and we will come" said Mae.

I have been so involved with the proofing process on
this book I'm writing I can hardly believe the time it takes.
When The Saga Of Pinehill was originally written I put
in hard line breaks to have it fit in thePEBBLE. Now
the publisher wants only soft wrap, not hard wrap,
which means I have to take out all the hard line breaks.
Additionally my wife and I have been going over
spelling, grammar and punctuation. Wow! It is
some job.

An Amish boy and his father were visiting a mall. They
were amazed by almost everything they saw, but
especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move
apart and back together again. The boy asked his father,
"What is this, Father?" The father [never having seen

While the boy and his father were watching wide-eyed,
an old lady in a wheel chair rolled up to the moving
walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the
lady rolled between them into a small room. The walls
closed and the boy and his father watched small circles
of lights with numbers above the walls light up. They
continued to watch the circles light up in the reverse
direction.
The walls opened up again and a beautiful 24-year-old
woman stepped out. The father said to his son,
"Go get your mother."
