Create An Email That Gets Opened,
Read And Responded To!

Your successful email marketing campaign is going to depend
on three aspects of the selling process.
Who you are selling to; what you are selling; and how you are
selling it.
In order for you to make money selling anything, you've got to
know who you are selling to. You need to know what your
prospects want.
Once you have analyzed what your prospects want, you'll have
a good idea of what to sell to them.
And in order to sell your products to those prospects, you'll
need to create an effective sales message that will convince
those people that they 'need' your product and 'can't do without it'.
So how do you create such a sales message ?
The basic steps to follow are:
1. Use an attention grabbing 'subject' line.
The subject line in an email has to grab the prospects attention
or arouse their curiosity. Create one that is benefit packed,
informs the reader of a great benefit inside or reveals how to
solve a problem. Your main goal is to simply get the email opened.
2. Personalize your message.
Whenever possible, try to make the recipient feel singled out,
important and more open to viewing the rest of your sales message.
3. Remind them of who you are.
If you are sending a sales message to your prospect list for the
first time, you must remind them of who you are and how you
got their contact information. This should eliminate 99.9% chance
of you getting accused of sending them sp*m. If you are sending
a sales message to your customers, you can remind them of your
recent transaction.
4. Use a benefit packed first line and/or paragraph.
Your subject line should be supported by a benefit packed first
sentence or paragraph. Once you've gotten the recipient to open
your email, keep the momentum going by telling him what he'll
get out of the message. You've only got a few seconds to get
their attention and if you fail to do this, you'll probably loose them.
5. Keep the message short.
Don't go on for pages. A few short paragraphs, sometimes even
one will do the trick. Keep your note short, to-the-point and packed
with benefits. Just let the reader know 'what's in it for him'.
6. Tell them how to respond.
This is a very important part of your message, yet most people either
forget to or choose not to do it. You have to tell the reader to take
action and guide him through the entire process. Whatever you want
the reader to do, don't assume he'll know what to do. Tell him what
to do and how to do it.
There is no magic involved. Creating an effective email that gets your
desired response is as easy as following the steps outlined above.

Aneurysms
A Leak In Your Circulatory System

I had an interesting question from a reader about "a hole in the
aorta". And as frequently happens, I get carried away by these
simple questions. I know people don't expect long dissertations
on their subjects when they ask a health-related question. They
don't provide me with a reason for the question, so I can't give
any specific information. I answered the reader's question
directly with very little detail. However, I thought you might
be interested in knowing a little more.
Have you ever even thought of an aneurysm? Probably not unless
you are directly involved as a participant/patient or a
relative? I thought you might like to know what actually happens
in an aneurysm: how it gets to be that way, what possible causes
there are, what treatment is given, what side effects can
happen, if they can be prevented and if you have one, what's
ahead for you.
First, let's learn what it actually is. Aneurysms occur in the
circulatory system. This network of "smooth" corridors includes
the heart, lungs, arteries, arterioles (small arteries), and
capillaries (very tiny blood vessels), and veins and venules
(very small veins). (Did you know that if you laid all these
vessels end-to-end, they'd extend about 60,000 miles? That's
enough to tie up the earth twice around!)
This "transportation corridor" goes all through the body.
Picture a tube-like "container" along the lines of a garden
hose. It's a hollow, clean, inner corridor (space) with no
blockages unless they are there naturally. Close to the center
of your body, the diameter of these spaces is very large in
comparison to other body structures. As it goes outwards towards
the farthest parts of the body, the diameters get smaller and
smaller. (Arteries change to arterioles and vein are called
venules). Normally this corridor has "routes" or vessels that go
to the toes, the fingertips, and to the brain. And of course
everywhere in between. (It's like the traffic tunnel under the
Hudson River coming into New York City. Or the underground in
London, England. We are talking about the container: not the
contents. This are similar to the highway and the cars on the
highway or the coal cars on the train tracks. The cars carry the
load, but they are not the ones having this "mechanical"
problem: the highway is. With the aneurysm, it's the corridor
itself or the vessel holding the blood that has the problem.

to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures

Wong was entirely overwhelmed. He was in
tears. That his beloved Buddha would come to see
him, was beyond his belief system. That Buddha
could talk, walk and be here, was more than he
could take. Yet he was powerless to move.
"You have recently come from your monastery.
This is your first trip out, to prove yourself,
and to endure the hardships. It was deemed by your
Masters that you were ready. Now you face a
decision that will affect the rest of your life,
and the lives of all around you. No other monk has
encountered this condition, Wong. You are the
first. It falls to you to make a decision to
follow me and these ladies Mae Wiley and Susan
Miles, into higher law. It is the law of your
Maker and is beyond Nirvana, beyond Shangri La.
This is where you live with your Maker. The choice
is yours Wong" said Buddha, lovingly and calm. He
was well aware of the severe psychological shake
up Wong was taking.
"I...I...I don't know. I...I don't know."
"Wong" said Mae. "You have an opportunity to
be the Master you have wanted to be. All your
training has led you to this moment. It is because
your heart is pure you have come to this. This
meeting is not by coincidence. You were not on
this road, neither we, just by accident but to
meet and show you the way. It is not for us to
sell you on the idea. it is not for us to force
your decision. It is only for us to show you the
way and it is for you to decide. We shall leave
the subject now, unless you wish to discuss it "
said Mae.
"Wong, I take my leave. It was my pleasure to
come this day to meet you all. My blessings upon
you" and with that Buddha raised his hands and
projected forth great light that encompassed all
three persons.
Each felt the love and warmth of his love.
Each was touched deeply by his presence, and then
he was gone.
Wong could no longer stand. He found the
boulder he had been sitting on earlier and sat
upon it. Somehow, and he knew not how, the boulder
was not hard and pointed as it was before but
formed to his body, making a comfortable seat. He
rose, turned and looked at it, and it appeared as
always, yet when he sat upon it the boulder was
molded to her person. Wong was having a very
difficult time with this condition. It felt to him
as if this was all blasphemous to his training and
beliefs. Then he did the human thing. "What will
the others think? What will become of me? My
Masters will be enraged" were the thoughts fleeing
through his mind.
Then it happened. "None should be but happy
that you have found the way." were thoughts and
ideas that came resounding into his head. The
thoughts rolled around his mind and took control.
He could not get rid of them. It was a truth. Any
truly spiritual person should be most happy that
he, Wong, had found the way. Those who were not
so, had other agendas. He was alone, yet happy. He
was perplexed, yet he knew in his heart of hearts
he would make his decision in the affirmative.
There was a "knowing" of the truth this was the
way, that he had not experienced before, except in
little steps and little ways. He was seeing, for
the first time, from deep inside him this is what
he had been seeking all his life. He would like to
have that confidence forever, if it were possible.
"It is possible, Wong" said Mae looking at
him.
He raised his head in surprise, realizing once
more the presence of the two ladies. He looked
into Mae's eyes. They were deep, penetrating,
knowing. He felt his soul stir and the thoughts
come to him that he was a Master. He had knowledge
beyond what his teachers had given him. He knew
far past what he had been taught. The truth was
making itself known unto him. "I will come."
He cried.
