A Life Of It’s Own!
Have you ever noticed how, when you prune a tree, it
responds quickly by sending out new shoots, branches
and the like?
Are you aware that counselors, psychologists and others
often have to work with folks with guilt feelings over
experiencing sexual motivation at the time of death of
a loved one?
All this may seem trivial until you look beneath the
surface. The life force will not be denied. The
greatest force in earth is the unceasing force of life.
It permeates anything and everything. Even a rock or a
stone cannot exist without it.
When something can no longer receive and handle that
life force it simply ceases to exist, disappears. This
rule pertains to all things, no exception.
Now, there is a funny thing that happens in earth when
folks get to doing things.
Since we are made in the image of our Maker, we, too,
conceive, create, give life to things, nurture and
maintain things. And eventually something happens.
Like all things in our Maker's world, these things we
create, if we have nurtured them well and truly, will
take on A Life Of It’s Own!
Such are the rules of the universe. You can create good
or you can create what is bad, but sooner or later it
will take on a A Life Of It’s Own!
The blueprint followed by all those things our Maker
created is contained within each cell.
When we create we must nurture until the blueprint is
imposed on all who participate with it. When that is
accomplished then it has A Life Of It’s Own!
So, if you are working on a project, remember this.
Believe it. Have faith in it. For in working your
project through to the point where the blueprint is
imposed in all the places it must be, then your project
will have A Life Of It’s Own!
The encouragement to "never give up" is based on this
knowledge, this law. Man has long known that in not
giving up there comes reward, because of this
principle.
Sometimes it is hard to face "the same old same old".
It can be tiring when you work so hard and see no
progress. It is easy to be discouraged because things
do not seem to be working. And, so, we quit.
Don't do that. Consider this law. Consider there may be
a "germination" period. Consider, you are not working
out of your own intelligence, but waiting for universal
intelligence to apply its workings. Consider, that when
you are the most discouraged you may be closer to
success than you ever thought.

Anaphylaxis: A Medical Emergency
PART 4 of 11
The reason I want you to understand this whole process
of reactions, is because while this is the body’s
normal reaction to an intruder, sometimes it reacts
very quickly and very seriously. That is called
anaphylaxis. Sometimes, exposure to what is normally a
harmless substance or intruder, such as pollen, causes
the immune system to react as if the substance is very
harmful. The body will shut down if the intruder isn’t
given certain chemicals (drugs) to render this reaction
harmless. You might think this is an overreaction of
the body to an intruder, but as it presents such a
strong and life-threatening reaction, it is crucial to
recognize it. And recognize it quickly! This is all
done automatically by your body.
Have you ever sought out medical help and been asked
about “allergies”? It’s an automatic reaction with
nurses, and I would imagine it’s the same with many
other health care professionals. (I catch myself asking
people this in a general conversation! It’s second
nature to me.) Allergies are not a problem until you
are exposed to the culprit, and your body has already
determined it doesn’t want it in you. Then it sends a
very clear message. “Get it out of here”! Often you
aren’t even aware that something unusual or potentially
harmful is brewing, until you can’t breathe and feel
panicky!
People often already know their allergies. No health
care provider would give them anything related to that
allergy. I am sure you are aware of the problems some
people have with sulfa drugs and penicillin. Many
people wear bracelets announcing them and know all the
antidotes to prevent further body damage by carrying
certain drugs at all times such as Epi-kits.

The place was beginning to fill. All wanted
not only to be present at the wedding of a beloved
friend, but they wanted to spend some time all
together in this reunion of folks they had not
seen for a very long time.
Sonora, Hemno, Mombudo and Kenyata arrived.
Oomano and Romano arrived, along with Miguele,
Abetta and Juanita.
All the guests Sharon and Tim had asked to
come were now present but for one noticeable
absentee. Mae Wiley had not appeared.
"Susan, where is Mae?"
"She'll be coming. Neither of us would miss
this affair for anything in the world. Be patient,
she will appear."
The day was spent in socializing. It was a
terrific sight to see. There were folks there from
all over the world, different colors, races, and
heritage. All were socializing as if they were
brothers or sisters. All were catching up with
events in each other's lives.
The love emanating from the area was enormous.
It enveloped everything for blocks in all
directions.
The kids were all together swimming, playing a
ball game and otherwise just having fun. Some of
the younger adults were with them encouraging,
directing, having fun with them.
The food table was a work of art, revealing
food from all lands and flavors. Beverages, too,
came from all countries.
In all there were nearly two hundred present,
all but a few living by higher law. The
conversations were animated, enthusiastic and
included every person, even children if present.
Bob and Harriett were so involved it never
occurred to them they were speaking with people
they had never met before. Wherever they were
speaking with someone, the topics would be those
that included them. Each of them was becoming
somewhat euphoric. The love, the kindness, the
camaraderie expressed by everyone brought them
into a mind set where they forgot who they were
and began to act as if they, too, lived by higher
law.
One incident had Harriett needing to get
her camera from their car. She thought about it
and before she knew it the camera was in her hand.
She carried on her conversation with the group she
was with, then, suddenly, it struck her as to what
just happened. She excused herself.
Harriett walked over to a chair and sat down,
completely perplexed. Then she heard it, or rather
felt it. "It's okay, Mom. That is what higher law
is about. You did good." These thoughts penetrated
her mind. She looked around for Sharon. There she
was 40 feet away looking back at her Mother,
smiling.
Harriett offered a weak smile back. What was
happening to her? What had she just done? What was
she doing here? What was this all about? She sat
there confused with her thinking until Abetta came
over and sat down beside her.
Abetta knew what was going through Harriett's
mind. She had seen that confused look before.
Softly she spoke, "Harriett, be not confused. What
you have done is what your Maker wants of you. You
did right and there is nothing to fear. All people
present here today can do the same. That you were
able to cause your camera to appear in your hand
when it was on your car seat, is but a small part
of what you can do." Abetta put her arms around
Harriett's shoulders and there was an immediate
infusion of love pass into Harriett.
Abetta's calm and authoritative manner allowed
Harriett to know all was well. The conversation
soon turned to other things and the events of the
day. Harriett soon forgot about what had happened.
That was the object of the exercise. Abetta knew
that spending time among those who live by higher
law soon permeated the soul and one begins,
themselves, to do the same. Once Harriett's shock
and fear was gone she would end up doing more of
this.
Harriett did not know it then, but before this
weekend was over she would completely embrace the
principles of higher law and live accordingly.
Bob Smithson was undergoing a similar process
of breathing in higher law, by osmosis, so to
speak. It was really a case of when in Rome, do
what the Romans do. He did things he didn't think
about at the time. Yet when it caught up to him it
made him think. Some of the men kept him busy so
he didn't have time to worry about it.
Finally Mae Wiley arrived. Mae had gone to
Sjong Ju where Riata's orphanage was located. She
had not seen Tlang for a very long time and wanted
to see her. Mae well knew Riata could have taken
Tlang to the wedding but Mae wanted to do that.
When she arrived at the wedding she had Tlang with
her.
