Passing Judgment Is
Not Your Business!

FBI agents conducted a raid of a psychiatric hospital that
was under investigation for medical insurance fraud.
After hours of reviewing thousands of medical records,
the dozens of agents had worked up quite an appetite.
The agent in charge of the investigation called a nearby
pizza parlor with delivery service to order a quick dinner
for his colleagues. The following telephone conversation
took place:
Agent: Hello. I would like to order 19 large pizzas and
67 cans of soda.
Pizza Man: And where would you like them delivered?
Agent: We're over at the psychiatric hospital.
Pizza Man: The psychiatric hospital?
Agent: That's right. I'm an FBI agent.
Pizza Man: You're an FBI agent?
Agent: That's correct. Just about everybody here is.
Pizza Man: And you're at the psychiatric hospital?
Agent: That's correct. And make sure you don't go through
the front doors. We have them locked. You will have to go
around to the back to the service entrance to deliver the
pizzas.
Pizza Man: And you say you're all FBI agents?
Agent: That's right. How soon can you have them here?
Pizza Man: And everyone at the psychiatric hospital is
an FBI agent?
Agent: That's right. We've been here all day and we're
starving.
Pizza Man: How are you going to pay for all of this?
Agent: I have my checkbook right here.
Pizza Man: And you're all FBI agents?
Agent: That's right. Everyone here is an FBI agent. Can
you remember to bring the pizzas and sodas to the service
entrance in the rear? We have the front doors locked.
Pizza Man: I don't think so.
Click.
I presume that had you or I been on the Pizza Man's
end of the phone our reaction would have been similar.
After all look at the information he had at hand. Yet,
we should look further.
The joke does not allow us to hear the clarity, the timbre,
the authority that would have been in the FBI Agent's
voice. And there would be other clues, as well, in a
real life occurrence.
It points out, though, how we are all prone to making
judgment on others. There are a myriad of things the
Pizza Man could have done to verify the validity of the
caller, but he had already the doubt of judgment
clouding his vision.
How many times do you get into that position, especially
with children. How many times are you caught up in
conversation where you sense or feel someone is lying
or that the circumstances don't appear true?
What do you do then? You are immediately visited by
the longing to pass judgment, aren't you?
Observe, watch, inquire. Reserve judgment until you
know. Look not through the veil of a judgment that is
premature and based only on circumstantial evidence.
Probe until the details reveal themselves.
The joke shows us, too, that passing judgment based
on circumstantial evidence can cost us a sale, a
privilege, a goal.

type go, find, search, or ?, type a space, and then type
the name of the company or organization whose site
you want to find. If the name has a space in it, forget
typing the go, find, search, or ?, and just put double
quotation marks around the name.
On Yahoo! Typing this information in the Address bar
will automatically start a search for the company or
organization.
What Internet Explorer won't do is go to a Web site
when you just type the Web site's name without the
www and the .com, unless you press Ctrl+Enter after
you enter the name.

But This Works For Me
Dealing With Needless Stress
PART 3 of 3
It may take a bit of effort and time and determination to
establish "yourself", but it's worth every ounce of your effort
and energy. I guarantee it will give you peace and lots of
confidence. You won't do this lightly or jump to conclusions. It
will come slowly, with conviction and peace. How do you do this?
It takes action and it just doesn't fall into your lap from the
sky. You have to sit quietly and think. Figure who you really
are and what works for you and what doesn't. You are perfectly
free to change once you realise something doesn't work for you.
Afterall it's about aligning you to the reason you are here. And
again, the promise holds out that "order' will come from all
this confusion. I think the biggest benefit that comes along is
the confidence and peace and inner conviction you are you.not a
great husband, or wife, or teacher, or technician, or mother or
"you". We think everyone except ourselves has it all together.
Wrong! Most are just as confused as you are, but won't either
admit it or simply don't know. They may be whizzes at their
particular jobs or professions, but they still haven't come to
terms with their own identity.
How do you recognize someone who has come to term with their own
self? They are the ones who know what they want, but allow you
to find out who you are and what you want. They are quiet and
unassuming and focussed. . They lead stress-reduced lives, with
confidence and purpose. They are generous because they have
found everyone needs to work through this in order to grow and
develop. And having worked through this themselves, they now
want to help you find the same direction, but for your path: not
theirs. They know this process needs time and encouragement and
support.
Do you have a strong desire to do something you aren't doing
right now? Examine it and see how you possibly could do it or
something similar. Follow that direction. Do some research.
Study what its leaders are doing and how they got there. Just
doing a search with a group of words in Google.com in quotation
marks is a start. It's action. It could open up a whole new
world for you. Will it work for you? No one except you will be
able to tell, but if it does, protect and defend it with your
firm conviction that this is the real you. Happy planning and

David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.
The idea was that each was to take only the clothes
on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures
and many places. As you read on, enjoy. It continues . . . . . . .

They had all been sitting around the supper table talking
when Billy went into his dream, and Sam helped him.
They all sat and listened, intently.
"No, Sue. I'm not hard. I'm not blaming. I'm not pointing
my finger. What I said is the way of men. Those who make
choices to succeed usually do. Most of them merely talk
about it and stick with the sheep. It is not I who created the
condition. I report only on the facts. It is for each person to
wrestle with their own convictions and whether they tell
themselves the truth or not is their responsibility."
answered Sam.
In the city of Matto Grosso, Romano was walking over to
his fiancé's house. The day was warm, bright, sunny and
one of those days that seemed made in heaven.
He had been living in the house in which his parents had
lived before the tragic, alcohol sponsored, deaths of both
of them. He had no plans of ownership. He was only trying
to maintain propriety in front of his future in-laws. As much
as he wanted to stay with Oomano, it was not acceptable
in the eyes of her parents and the last thing he wanted to
do was offend them.
So, here he was, walking over to her place, casually,
kicking stones in front of him, enjoying the day.
Then he heard a scream. It was from a child. The scream
advised of pain in the child's voice. Romano looked in the
direction of the scream. It came from behind a row of housing,
three story housing.
He ran over there, looking for the source of the scream. He
found a child hanging, face down, from a third story balcony.
The balcony had given way. It had broken under the weight of
the child climbing on it and was now hanging down, with the
child's foot caught in the rails.
People were beginning to gather. They frantically wanted to
do something but they were powerless. What was needed here
was a fire truck, or an electrical truck, something with a means
of reaching high in the air to get the child, without disturbing
the broken balcony.
Romano, and the others could see the balcony was slowly
coming away from it's moorings as the child kicked and
screamed.
Romano knew, too, there would be no time for man made
rescue. The child would fall before such rescue could arrive.
He closed his eyes and concentrated his energies. He floated
above the crowd, up to the child. Broadcasting love unto her,
he took her slowly and gently in his arms. When she was
supported, he maneuvered to where she could remove her
foot from the balcony.
That being done, Romano slowly lowered himself and the
girl to the ground below.
All this while the crowd was in awe. A hush had fallen
over them as they watched Romano. Several were
pointing their fingers as if to direct others attention to the
scene. It was unnecessary. Everyone knew and was
watching. The scene was completely captivating.
When Romano and the girl lit, the crowd rushed at them.
The press of flesh was almost too much for Romano.
The girl in his arms found the strong love that he broadcast
very much to her liking. She clung to him as if she did not
ever want to let go. She now felt safer than ever in her life.
She did not want get down.
Romano whispered in her ear, then set her down on the
ground amidst the talking, hollering, jostling crowd. The
crowd was all wanting to touch Romano. They were
grabbing at his clothes, his hair, his person.
He knew he had to get out of there. He knew what was
going to happen next. They would all soon beg him for
more miracles. He tried to walk away, but the press of the
crowd would not allow it.
Closing his eyes once more, he concentrated on becoming
invisible, then he rose above the crowd, grabbed the balcony
and restored it to better than new condition and hovered
above the crowd.
The people were all wondering where he had gone. They
did not even notice the balcony had been restored. They
took the little girl and raised her on their shoulders. She
represented a miracle to them. They began to parade
her around the complex.
