What makes a double rainbow?
Occasionally, a secondary rainbow may be seen,
which is considerably less intense than the primary
bow and has its color sequence reversed. The second
bow results from light that has undergone two internal
reflections within the water drop. Higher-order rainbows,
resulting from three or more internal reflections, are also
possible but extremely rare (thanks to the weakness of
the reflections). On some rainbows, you can also see
"supernumerary arcs," which are faintly colored rings just
inside and near the top of the primary bow. They're
caused by interference effects on the light rays emerging
from the water droplet after one internal reflection.
Is Niagara Falls the biggest waterfall in the world?
Niagara Falls is huge and thunderous, but it's not the
biggest waterfall in the world. It's the SECOND largest falls
on the globe next to Victoria Falls in southern Africa.
(The TALLEST falls is Angel Falls in Venezuela, rising
3,212 feet above the floor of the jungle.) Niagara's

Website Design Techniques for
Search Engine Ranking Improvement

It is a must for you all to know, how do search engines
work. Search engines are not human and they don't
scan the pages as we do. They are just robots, which
work on the codes and mechanism implied upon them.
If you have a small business website and are trying to
close sales on a single visit from a customer, it is
advisable that you don't make rich media
enhancements like flash animation and excessive
graphics, which result in slow page loading time
and makes people run away. Established players
or businesses, which are concerned on spreading
awareness about their business rather that selling
a single standoff product usually uses high media
enhancements.
Proper website design is the key to a higher search
engine ranking. Before you begin to construct your
website, take the time and consider the design
elements those are essential to both the viewer and
the search engines. This will also contribute in
determining the ranking of your website. Design your
web site so that every page contains title, description,
and ?keyword?meta-tags. These tags are the basic
road map for the search engines. When a search
engine enters your web site these tags prepare the
spider for what to look for on your web page. They
prompt the search engine for what words you feel
are important and to use them in the ranking process.
The layout of your web site becomes significant to
higher search engine ranking. Placement of text in
the optimal positions on your website becomes
paramount, so if the search engine ignores the
meta-tags which many are starting to do because
of abuse and spamming then text placement will
become the first impression that search engine
robots would read.
Spiders of the search engines crawl on the web
page and index your website. You have to be very
clear about your requirements. Keep all your content
optimized for all the major search engines. Though
all have almost a similar mechanism, you can even
learn about how all search engines work, and then
design your web content in accordance. For example,
Google has a specific set of rules, which it uses to
index web pages. It can be learned from Google itself
and you can put your content with the specified
guidelines. This is a time consuming process but
as you know: "No Frill Without Drill". You can also
hire specific companies that can optimize your
website to specific search engines.
Viola! You have achieved your dream of learning
some key aspects of Internet marketing.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
If you use bulleted lists in Word,
it gives you lots of options.
Turn on the bullet button on your toolbar. Type a word after
the first bullet and hit your Enter key. Repeat this until
you have 5 bullets. Then highlight all the text (the bullets
will not highlight) and go to the Format menu and choose
Bullets and Numbering.
Be sure you are on the Bulleted tab and you will see the generic
black dots are the ones that are selected. You can simply
click on one of the other boxes to choose a different one,
or you can click on the Picture button which will give you
many different choices of ClipArt bullets in all sizes,
shapes, and colors. Or, you can click on the Customize button
and click on the Bullet button in there where you will see
all of the characters available to you in the Symbol font.
You can choose any of one these by double clicking on it, or
you can even choose another font from the dropdown box and
choose any one of the characters available there. Try Wingdings
or Webdings for lots of fun choices.
After you double click on the character of your choice, you
will be back in the box where you clicked on the Bullet button.
This time click on the Font button beside it and in here you
can change the size of your selected character and even make
it bold or italicized for a different effect. You can also
choose a font color for your bullet.

To Be Vaccinated Or
Not To Be Vaccinated ...

Also, in those types of facilities, it is very difficult to deal
with a flu outbreak, PLUS all the other care to be given.
So routinely, most residents will receive a vaccination.
And if a flu outbreak occurs, the facility shuts its doors to
everyone except the absolute essential workers. Nothing
happens till this "event" is over. That cycle of re-infection
has to be broken. SO ... THE PEOPLE WHO ARE
CAPABLE OF TRANSMITTING THE FLU VIRUS TO
THOSE AT HIGH RISK SHOULD RECEIVE ANNUAL
VACCINATIONS! That is good "infection CONTROL"!
Who should get flu shots? Who are considered high
risk? Consider your parents for this group . . . or your
children. It includes adults and children with chronic
cardiac or pulmonary disorders (including
bronchopulmonary dysplasia, cystic fibrosis, and
asthma) severe enough to require regular medical
follow-up or hospital care. It includes people of any
age who are residents of nursing homes and other
chronic care facilities. It includes people 65 years of
age and older. It includes adults and children with
chronic conditions such as diabetes or other metabolic
diseases, cancer, immunodeficiency, immunosuppression
(i.e. transplant recipients), renal disease, anemia and
hemoglobinopathy. Children and adolescents (3 years
to 18 years) are considered high risk if they have
conditions that have been treated with aspirin for long
periods of time. Aspirin used after a flu vaccination in
this age group may increase risk of Reyes Syndrome.
Persons infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus
(HIV) are also considered high risk.

Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began, and
David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.
The idea was that each was to take only the clothes
on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures
and many places. As you read on, enjoy. It continues . . . . . . .

"This is the cat you carved on the prow of the
canoe?" asked Bob. His voice was weak and
timid by comparison to the deep and confident
voice of this stranger he just now met and spoke
with.
Bob Hunter was going through a kind of
metamorphosis. He was continually, this day,
being faced with thoughts different than his own,
and spoken by calm, strong, authoritative voices,
against which he could not compare. His whole
body felt out of synch, off center. He was almost
accepting what he was being told, only on the
basis that he could not compare to the power and
capacity of these who were speaking with him. He
felt too weak even to push away the thoughts.
"That's the cat." said David. He walked over to Maz
and Midnight and petted Midnight. "Eloise found this
cat and one kitten when we were on our journey. She
also found Boolanga, here, or he found us, I don't
rightly remember. When Boolanga stayed with us he
and I carved a canoe so we could get back to his
village. That was the first step on our journey home.
Until then we had no idea where we were or how to
get home. But, as always, things just worked out."
"My goodness. That must have been a frightful
journey?" said Lynn.
"It was, Lynn. Neither of us knew anything much about
survival. Eloise fared much better than I because
she went into her meditations immediately and began
to listen and do as she was told. I didn't believe in
that stuff back then and so I called it junk. I was going
to be a he-man and control everything. She finally left
me because I was acting out of control. Soon I found I
was infected with a bad cut. It nearly killed me, and
would have, had it not been for Eloise. She saved my
life and then took me to where she had set up camp.
It was by a lake caused by the rainy season, although
it was only a meadow when I got there." said David.
"It sounds awful." said Lynn.
"Awful is not the word, Lynn. It wasn't awful. Once we
got used to it and realized this was the way of things, it
actually turned out to be wonderful. When Boolanga
showed up and we started on that canoe, suddenly
things all seemed to fall into place. From there all things
worked as they should. That is where Eloise found
Midnight. When we started our journey back, Midnight
had followed us and found us making camp about two
days out. She had earlier chased her kitten away, to
fend for himself. He was getting pretty big and it was
time." David responded.
"Supper is ready folks." said Pam, "Mae you will eat
with us won't you?"
"Sure Pam." answered Mae.
"I best be on my way home for my supper. I'll see you
folks later this evening, at the fire." said Boolanga, as
he rose to leave.
"You are more than welcome to eat here,
Boolanga." said Pam.
"I know Pam, but I'm sure Karmuz has my supper
all ready, thanks." he replied, and he was off.
Midnight followed.
Supper this night was a terrific blend of fish cooked on
a spit over the fire, plus raw vegetables and fruit, all
served up on fresh picked palm leaves. People ate with
their fingers.
Bob and Lynn Hunter thought it was so good they each
came back for second helpings. That was the way with
visitors from the States. They always ate more than
most. David, Pam and Mae had become accustomed
to the food here. None of it was affected by chemicals,
pollution or other man made problems. All the food was
rich in nutrients and as such people did not eat near
so much.
The North American diet is so filled with chemicals and
other things the food has almost nothing left in the way
of nutrition. That is why they eat so much. They are all
slowly starving in the midst of what looks like plenty. Yet
the plenty is giving them nothing.
By contrast, the food the Hunters were eating this night
was giving them plenty of nutrition. They would not eat
so much within a week. They would also feel healthier.
That is, of course, if they stayed.
Supper was over and the cleaning up had been done.
"It sounds like it is time for the evening fire." said Mae,
as she watched people from the village all headed in
that direction. There was excitement in the air. This was
the first fire for a long time.
