Don't Tell Me That You Love Me

It's a natural human instinct to love praise.
Our egos thrive on it.
The problem is praise isn't always good.
Sometimes we need a realistic criticism of our work,
but friends and family give us praise instead.
They don't want to bruise our egos.
Well, I don't mean to be rude, but if you can't accept
honest criticism you'll never reach your full potential.
This happened to me recently on a product I was working
on. I sent a sample out for evaluation, but everyone
gave only positive feedback, when there was a need for
some honest criticism.
I launched the product and low and behold a percentage
of buyers started returning negative feedback.
I've been online long enough to know that one or two
negative comments may be insignificant, but when the
criticism reaches a certain point, it's time to re -
evaluate.
I looked over all the comments and determined what
changes needed to be made to eliminate the drawbacks.
After a total revamping and making all the changes
necessary, sales increased, feedback became more
positive and charge backs were eliminated.
This drove the point home, that although praise may
feel good in the short term, honest criticism is more
valuable.
Learn to accept honest feedback and you'll save your -
self time, energy and money.
Having your ego stroked may feel good, but reality rules
the day.

Changing cell formats in Excel you need
to select the cell, or range of cells, that you want to
modify and then choose Format and then Cells. If you'd prefer to
open the Format Cells dialog box with a simple keystroke,

Hi Nancy! aren't they the end!!! Don't you just want to swish
them in oil and let them bake a bit to smarten up! I agree...the
diabetes has something to do with the problem. I don't think
he needs to get circumcised...just clean and soften the
foreskin up with lotion. BUT he has to do this....he must
feel pain too, so maybe that will wake him up! Most

Can you tell me why the foreskin won't pull back...is it the
dryness? Just curious... Nancy
Hi Nancy! You'll appreciate this :) it's like a rubber hose...leave
it out in the sun and it starts to dry up and crack…you would
never be able to curve it without breaking or cracking it seriously.
But give it lots of oil and you can restore the texture and flexibility.
Skin is supposed to be soft and pliable...so once it has enough
of the elements in it to go BACK to what it was, the foreskin
will be very soft and manipulative. Don't forget the diabetes
and the lifestyle take a lot of the nutrients and moisture out of
one system to support another. Try the cream routine on your
elbows…rub in cream and in a short while it will soften the
skin immensely. Most sincerely… Karin.

Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began, and
David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.
The idea was that each was to take only the clothes
on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures
and many places. As you read on, enjoy. It continues . . . . . . .

"Maybe I should have gone back to the river with him.
Make him prove it or something. I think I will do
that." said Bob.
With that they both fell into a fitful sleep. They were
tossing and turning. No matter how comfortable the
bed was their minds were in turmoil. They were being
forced to consider that all the learning and the beliefs
they held to this point were false. The protective mode
of the subconscious mind was in full gear. The fight
within was sapping them of energy.
Upon awaking, they straightened their clothes and
walked over to David and Pam's. The process took
some time. The villagers along the way wanted to talk.
This was a very friendly place to be.
"So you really want to see if walking on water is possible?
Okay, let's go have a look!" said David as Bob and
Lynn walked up.
Bob and Lynn looked at one another. This son-in-law
was reading their minds.
"Come, both of you, let's go. Come along, too,
Pam." said David.
They all walked down to the river's edge.
"Now! Show me!" said Bob, rather haughtily.
"Bob, I'm not in the showing business. All you will do
is try to find some way and reason to explain away what
you see. You are looking for ways to trick me and point
out that I am wrong. You think you cannot walk on water
and there will be no telling you or showing you otherwise.
I have another plan. I want you to trust me completely, just
as you did when I brought you down here. Can you
do that?" asked David.
"Yes, but no tricks." Bob answered.
"Okay, no tricks. I want Pam to put a blindfold on you
and walk you back to the hut. When you get there I will
have something to show you. Would that be
okay?" David asked.
"I-I guess so." said Bob, not fully understanding why.
Pam put blindfolds on both Bob and Lynn. Then she
stood squarely between them and took their hands. "Is
this okay Daddy?" she asked, squeezing his hand,
"You, too, Mom?"
They both answered "Yes."
David took Pam by the belt around her midsection. Then
he and they slowly walked out onto the river. Pam was
not sure about this, but she trusted David absolutely so
she did just as he said. David, at this point communicated
with her mind, not with his mouth.
"Are you okay Dad? Mom?" she asked.
"I'm fine Pam" answered Bob. Lynn responded similarly.
They walked a good block out onto the river. David
instructed Pam to tell them this was far enough.
David slowly undid Bob's blindfold, while asking Bob to take
his hand, rather than Pam's. When he had a good hold on
Bob Hunter's hand he released the blindfold.
Bob was in a state of shock. They were out in the middle
of the river. He looked down. The water was under his
feet. He couldn't believe it. He started to sink. He looked
at David. "Help, help!" were his meager words.
David commanded "Bob, look into my eyes!"
As Bob Hunter looked into David's eyes he rose once
more to the top of the water.
"Put your hand on my shoulder. As long as your hand is
on my shoulder you will not sink." was the command, only
to Bob. It was so loud and authoritative to him Bob did
exactly as he was told.
The same procedure occurred with Lynn.
In shock and disbelief she sank right up to her neck. She
was in the water thrashing around when David reached
for her hand. Upon taking it she rose to be on top of the
water, and her clothes were instantly dry. David gave her
the same command. She placed her hand on his
free shoulder.
That left Pam alone. She suddenly became a little shaky.
"Pam, you will be fine. You made it this far and you will
make it all the way." were the thoughts David transmitted
unto her. She looked at him and smiled, trusting.
