What is the Leanan-Sidhe?

The Leanan-Sidhe is an Irish fairy, often thought to be
the inspiration of poets and minstrels. Her name means
"the fairy sweetheart." In Ireland, she's regarded as a
positive spirit. However, those on the Isle of Man regard
the sweetheart fairy as a vampirish creature, who
attaches herself to a single person until she has drained
the life force out of him. That's why poets are often said
to live intense and passionate lives, but to die young.

Has there ever been an amphibious passenger car?

Yes, indeedy. The Amphicar, the only amphibious
passenger automobile to be mass-produced, was made
by the Germans in the 1960s. (Amphibious, of course,
means it drives on the land AND on the water.) Most
of the approximately 3,700 cars produced were imported
into the US. The Amphicar was a rear engined convertible
with a 4-cylinder engine. Its top speed on water was
7 mph and 70 mph on land. At least 500 Amphicars

Use Email More Effective to
Market you Product or Service

Email is an excellent marketing tool, but to make the
most of it, you need to use it effectively. Here are some
tips for effectively using email as a marketing tool.

Don't Ramble

Stick to the point. Keep your messages short and to the
point, in the same way you would any marketing
communication. Most Email users value their time.
Make sure your Email is worth reading.

Remember to Use White Space

Reading long stretches of text is hard on a computer
user's eyes. Customers will be turned off if your messages
are very text intensive and don't contain any white space.
Use the return key on your keyboard to break up the
text into reader friendly chunks,

KISS

You've heard this one before: Keep it Simple Stupid.
Well we know you aren't stupid, but sometimes it's
tempting to try and include a complicated chart or
spreadsheet in the body of an Email. Often this method
is not the best choice for delivery of this kind of
information because sometimes formatting can change
in transmission. It's always better to save documents
of this type in the application that you created them in
(Excel, for example), and send them with the Email as
an attachment. That way the formatting remains intact
and your document is easily read.

Don't Hit That Send Button Too Quickly

Before you send off that marketing Email be sure to
read it over. Check for spelling and grammatical errors.
Is the information you want to get across accurate?
Consider the tone of your message. It's easy to be
too casual in an Email. Remember you want to make
the best impression possible.

If used properly, Email can be a great marketing tool.
It's ideal for contacting busy people, or those who are
hard to reach due to time zones and work schedules.
When time is of the essence, Email can give you a
competitive edge. Make sure that it works for you,
and not against you!

Hi Karin... ha ha, thanks! That makes sense….I have another
question...I have recurring yeast infections...I am 47, and I'm
sure going into menopause! It seems when I have sex with
my rubber hose man, I tend to get yeast infection within a
couple of days! Any suggestions :-)

I checked Dr. Christine Northrup's book
"The Wisdom Of Menopause" for suggestions: here is
what she says related to your question. For urogenital
symptoms (uro meaning bladder, genital meaning the
area from the beginning of the vaginal area to the rectum.)
The health of the vaginal lining and the urethral tissues is
highly influenced by the hormonal milieu (makeup) in our
bodies… recurrent yeast infections, vaginal dryness and/or
discomfort during intercourse...taking estrogens ..as a cream
formulated for vaginal preparation, helps to maintain healthy
vaginal and urethral tissue, even when relatively small
doses are used. As little as 1 mg to 2 mg. of natural
testosterone in a cream base applied to the vagina two or
three times a week, is often all that is necessary. Source:

pg. 161 &162) So I would suggest you take this email
message to a pharmacist ..lady preferred…and ask for
something like this. They may even have the book in their
resource file. She is very popular. I will also send you
information on Perimenopause. One thing you MUST do
is to keep the area very clean and as dry as possible.
Otherwise you will never get rid of any infection. It's a
marvelous place for bacteria to grow! Hope this helps.

on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.

Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.

The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.

The story leads to many friends, many adventures

"Tell me Bob, can you walk on water?" asked David.

"I-I-I don't believe this. You tricked me!" was all he said.

"Bob, stop! Tell me, are you on the water in the middle
of the river?" asked David.

"Y-y-yes. David take us back right away. This isn't
funny." said Bob.

"I will Bob, but I want to show you something interesting.
Do you think you're walking on some kind of hidden
hard surface?" asked David.

"That is what it feels like." said Bob.

"Let's see. Here, drop this pebble just in front of your
feet." David commanded.

Kerplop!

"Try this one to the side of your feet." said David.

Kerplop!

"In fact, if you dropped stones in the water from here
all the way back to shore you would find nothing. So,
tell me are you walking on water?" David asked this of
both Lynn and Bob.

Bob had been out there long enough now to know he
was not going to sink. He had become engrossed in the
idea of dropping pebbles in the water and David had
given him two hands full.

Bob was busy dropping them to see if he could find any
kind of hard surface, but he found none.

"Bend down and scoop up some water with your hand.
Run your hand all around your feet." said David.

Bob hesitated, "Is it safe? I don't want to get eaten."

"You'll be fine."

Bob Hunter put his hands in the water and ran his
hands all around his feet. He found nothing that was
hard.

David began to slowly walk toward shore, while still
talking. It seemed as if they were out for a casual stroll
and had found something interesting.

Bob was completely unconscious of the fact he had
long ago taken his hand from David's shoulder.

"So are you walking on water, Bob?" asked David again.

"Yes. I am." said Bob, stopping to look David square in
the eye, "How can that be? I swore no one could walk
on water. Yet here I am."

"When we get to shore I will explain." said David. They
were more than half way.

"Bob, you're not hanging on to David!" said Lynn in
surprise.

Bob looked and immediately began to sink.

"Bob, look at me." David commanded.

When Bob looked at David he began to come out
of the water.

"You haven't been hanging on to me for the last ten
minutes. Why do you start to sink now?" asked David.

"I-I-I don't know. That's right. I wasn't hanging on to you
ever since you gave me all those
stones." answered Bob.

They continued to walk to the beach, where both Bob
and Lynn gasped a sigh of relief.

"Both of you, please listen to me carefully." commanded
David in that tone that went right to the soul of Bob and
Lynn, "You have each been seeing and doing things,
since you came down here, that are completely opposed
to what you think can be done. You have been having a
hard time with it in your minds because, with your former
thoughts, these things were thought to be impossible.
Yet here, you have seen and done them. Stop and think.
You just now walked on water. There were no tricks, no
underlying hard support structure, no gimmicks. You,
with your very own feet, walked on top of that river, right
there. Don't try to explain it away, Don't try to figure it out.
Don't try to think it was a dream. You walked on water.
Simply believe it. Accept it."

Bob and Lynn were quiet.
