Keyword Effectiveness

As marketers we all understand the importance
of search engine rankings. Around 85% of all web
users search for web sites using a search engine,
with many users not venturing past four or five pages
of subsequent search results on their keywords to
find what they are looking for. Achieving a high
ranking on popular search engines is therefore
vital to the success of any web site in the quest to
attract visitors & sales. Keyword selection and
optimizing the site using those keywords
contribute immensely to this goal.
How it works
When you submit a web site to a search engine
you will be instructed to list keywords for the site.
These keywords are used by the search engine
in their ranking algorithm, and will take into
account keywords specified in meta tags and the
density of keywords found within normal sentence
constructs of your content. Indexers will look for
a high degree of relevance between keywords
you specify and the appearance of keywords in
your content to insure that they work in harmony.
If the keywords do not reveal themselves in high
enough density then your ranking will be penalized.
Using techniques to hide keywords or spam the
engine will also result in ranking penalties.
Be the 'Buyer'
Keywords should therefore be thoroughly
researched and carefully selected. Think how
your target buyer would think when using a
search engine to find products & services you
are selling. For example, if you are selling
lawnmowers, keywords a buyer may use could
include the brand of mower, the region of the
country/state they are located in and words like
'buy' and 'shop'. It is quite likely that you will come
up with a long list of potential keywords to use,
and this will need to be reduced to around a
maximum of 10-20. To help you select keywords,
use programs such as those found on
http://www.overture.com to check on a keyword's
popularity. The more popular a chosen keyword
is then the more likely it is that it will bring you
the results you want.

Getting Back Your Memory
When you are performing your daily work, you are probably
opening and closing applications on a frequent basis. By
doing this, Windows actually retains small fragments of
applications that are not removed until shutdown.
To keep your system running at peak capacity,
log off shut your computer down and turn it
off. Wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
This will clean up your PC and get you back your memory.

(Terminology)
Medical terminology has good reason to exist. (Some college
courses teach 12 weeks of terminology. So you can see its
complexity. But people's lives depend on correct terminology, so
it's imperative that a health care professional knows it
thoroughly.) Medical terminology "divides" the body into
sections. And by imaginary lines. It also sections it into
quadrants, systems, organs, tissues, and cavities. (There is a
lot more but I don't want to add to the confusion.) Why do we
need to label these parts so carefully? We can't put an X on the
spot of your body, especially on the inside parts that hurt and
need repairing. There has to be a way of identifying all the
"structures". (Incidentally, we do actually put an X on an eye
that has to be removed.) If you had abdominal pain or a
complaint, you would need to be able to share your complaints
with all caregivers. That's where "charts" or "patient records"
come into play. Can you see how helpful it would be to know
immediately the area someone is speaking of? Everyone recognizes
this terminology. Some words are Latin: some are Greek. Much is
in your own language. Each term means the same, so the risk of
mistakes is minimized.
The terms that interest us the most here are bones and their
location and their "points of insertion". Points of insertions
(attachment) are the locations and the tissues where one part is
connected to another. So "proximal" is the point closest to the
body's centerline. Distal is the farthest away from the point
of attachment: NOT to the centerline of the body. Medial or
middle as in our case with hands and feet, are the middle bones.

Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began, and
David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.
The idea was that each was to take only the clothes
on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures
and many places. As you read on, enjoy. It continues . . . . . . .

"Can't the church do something?" inquired the Mayor.
"I believe we can." responded the Cardinal, "I think the
church should take over the orphanage and run it for the
poor little children. It would be much better though if you
or your authorities told them that. If it came from the city
in a manner that allowed the children to think they had
to do it or be forced to close down, then when we came
in they would welcome us, after all we are the church.
That way we could get this done rapidly and bring things
under control. It would be worth your while, as have been
many things you have done for us before."
It didn't take the Mayor long to know what that last
statement meant. He had received a great deal of money
from the church for doing favors in the past. His eyes lit up.
After the two men shared a drink together and some
laughter, the Mayor expressed some concern. "This
woman, they say she is not dead, that she keeps coming
back to the site."
"I don't think I would worry myself over that. People see
what they want to see, and when there, they want to see
her so much they are envisioning her. I am sure it is only
some kind of apparition and nothing to worry about. God
does not work that way, or he would do so through the
church." the Cardinal was trying to soothe the Mayor's
concerns.
It is interesting he thought that God would only do things
through the church, his church. Jesus didn't do anything
through any church. God works more outside the church,
any church, than he does inside. He also works across
faiths, and Christianity has no exclusive. Neither, for that
matter, does Judaism, Moslem or any other of the world's
man made faiths.
The Mayor left, planning his next steps.
The next morning, before noon, the Cardinal heard from
the retreat. The Bishop and the priest had checked in for
their "break". Little did they know they would not get out
for many, many months. The church would get along fine
without them and when they were allowed out, there
would be no need for them. A place, away from this city,
an insignificant place, would be found for them, and they
would not be heard from again.
All of these plans were going through the Cardinal's
head. He knew he could control this thing. Now the priest
and the Bishop were out of the way he could deal with
any of the other priests by offering them positions. They
would all be quiet if they were getting postings that
appeared as a step up.
Observing all he had arranged he sat back smugly, put
his hands behind his head, and smiled. Then he poured
himself a drink, raising his glass to a toast, congratulating
himself on his prowess.
But his glass tinkled when he put it up, as if it had hit
another glass in toast.
That confused him. He raised his glass again. Again it
clinked as if with another glass.
This was a little disconcerting. He tried once more. He
got the same results.
Quickly he drank the contents of the glass and put the
glass on the desk.
Then it tipped over.
He straightened it up.
It fell over again.
This time he straightened it up and held it with two hands.
It stayed. He released his hands and the glass tipped over.
The Cardinal was getting vexed. He was looking around
to see if anyone was there playing tricks on him. No one
was in sight.
He went to pick up the glass. It moved away from him. He
reached further. It moved again. He tried once more, this
time with two hands, but the glass moved again.
Nothing like this had ever happened to him. He thought
he was going crazy. He stood to reach out for the glass
again and this time he got it.
Upon reaching for his chair to sit, the chair moved. He
tried once more, and it moved again.
"What's going on here?" he asked out loud.
A deep voice, strong in timbre, and powerful responded.
"You ordered that woman killed."

Had a long talk with my MLM man. He is not one used to

the value of it. We are going to proceed, and assess the
matter in six months.

With some misgivings, we left a young baby-sitter in
charge of our three energetic youngsters.
When we returned a few, hours later, she was sitting
alone watching TV.
I went to check on the children, and found them in
our narrow hallway. By bracing their arms and legs
against the walls, two of them had climbed up to
the ceiling.
"The baby-sitter taught us how," they said gleefully.
The sitter joined me, her face a deep red. "Since
they had me climbing the walls, I figured they
might as well be too," she stammered.
We kept the same girl for the next two years.
