Writing ebooks

Books are about sharing our knowledge and our
experiences. They articulate feelings and information
for people who do not have these kinds of communication
skills. If you can think, you can hear your voice. If you
can hear your voice, you can write. Writing is a simple
extension of your mind to your fingers.
Do this exercise:
Open a blank page in your word processing program.
Let your fingers hover just above the keys of your keyboard
and close your eyes. Now clear you mind and let it fill with
silence. Into that silence, let your thoughts begin to focus
on what you instinctively know you can do well. Things you
excel at. As each thought rises, type it. Baking, stained glass,
gardening, restoring classic cars?write until the well runs dry.
Now open your eyes. Like magic, before your eyes, here
is a list of topics for potential ebooks!
There is no price that can be placed on your unique
knowledge and experience. The trick is to draw from the
well of that knowledge and use it to create an ebook.
Internet businesses are hungry for information about how

Word
To open a Word document but you don't remember
where you saved it. Here's how to locate your files.
Choose File then Open. When the Open dialog box
appears, click Tools and then Find. Let's say part of
the file name you want to find is "family." Under "Value"
enter the word "family." Click the arrow at the right side
of the "Look in" list box and select the drive you want
to search. Select the check box labeled "Search
subfolders" and then click Find Now.
You should now get a list of the located files. You can
double-click the one you're looking for to open it in Word.

A majority of the illnesses that afflict us are related to
negative nutritional factors such as inadequate amounts of the
correct nutrients and the unavailability of a complete and
balanced lifestyle in a "friendly" environment. A diet high in
animal fat and cholesterol and low in fiber is unsuitable.
Tobacco/ smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, excessive
exercise, and factors such as chemical carcinogens, ozone
depletion, air pollution, industrial toxins, also contribute to
this negative environment. They result in oxidative stress.
Again, these, in our very simplistic terms for ease of
understanding, are "free radicals". And without getting too
technical, oxidative stress relates to the number of free
radicals and the inadequate amount of antioxidants to neutralize
them. In other words, the free radicals have outnumbered the
antioxidants.
All these are part of this overload. More "free radicals". But
you have to live... So want can you do? I often mention the JAMA
report on the use of nutritional supplementation.

If such a conservative "institution" is supporting the use of
nutritional supplements to reverse and or prevent degenerative
conditions, it really pays to listen.
What can you do to help insure that your immune system can
provide you with health and energy? The answer has many parts,
but it can be described simply. Essentially you will want to
reduce the intake or exposure to anything that creates free
radicals or toxins, and increase whatever nutrients your body
needs to "empower" the Immune System. It's not quite so simple
as many things contribute to both the positive and the negative
side. You can't realistically sit in your garden and eat lots of
carrots, as your body needs all the elements of a nutritionally
balanced diet. (One of my fondest memories is sitting in a
strawberry patch on Cape Cod as a teenager, eating all the
strawberries I wanted. Instead of getting healthier, I broke out
in a rash! I guess my body was sending a message of
"unhealthiness". Maybe moderation should have been part of my
decision.) Start looking carefully at what you eat and make sure
it is helpful and supportive in your new search for health.
A healthy Immune System is supplied with a constant and adequate
flow of anti-oxidants (along with many other elements.) These
are received through a well balanced, complete, nutrient-rich
diet.

Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began, and
David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.
The idea was that each was to take only the clothes
on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures
and many places. As you read on, enjoy. It continues . . . . . . .

"When we were over at Sam's he had to go to the hardware
store for some oil. He asked Bob and I to go along. Without
warning to Bob, Sam took his hand and we traveled to
the hardware store using higher law. It surprised your
Father a little, but he now knows it is efficient and painless.
I don't think he is afraid of it any longer." said David.
"Bob! You didn't!" Lynn both exclaimed and asked.
"Yes, honey, I did. It took me by surprise, the trip there. But
then I had to make a decision to return back to Sam's. When
I did, it was easy. In fact I still have a hard time understanding
it. Maybe I don't even have to. Anyway, I know we can go
to South America with David, Pam and the kids, without
anything to fear. I think its great." said Bob Hunter.
Lynn Hunter was almost in a state of shock. It was her
husband Bob who had been the chief instigator of trouble
in the family, over the Henry affair the church had created.
He was a bit of an enthusiast and believed what the church
had told him. Now, here he was embracing Sam Henry,
David, and this living by higher law thing. "I wonder where
he will go with this?" she thought.
Suddenly, in her head, she received an answer, from David.
"He will be fine. I will look after him. He will be enthusiastic
for a while and then it will die down, until he decides he
wishes to live this way. If he does then he will have to commit
and he will become a better man than you ever imagined."
More shock. Lynn looked at David, her eyes wide open. David
gave her a simple nod.
"This means that David can read our thoughts." she thought
in her head. The answer came back "Yes"
Now Lynn didn't know what to do. Her husband had just
done an about face on a subject that he had been
vehement about, and now she can't even think within
the privacy of her own mind. This is getting scary.
"Mrs. Hunter, can I call you Lynn?" asked David.
"Yes, David."
"Lynn, there has been a lot happen today that has
you concerned. Please don't be. All will be well."
David was broadcasting that soothing, invading love
that brought peace to troubled hearts. "We just
wanted to show Bob how travel is done, and we
knew that so long as it was hanging over his head,
his own fears would run away with his mind. Pam
and I want you to come visit us at our home, and
we want you to feel free to travel with us. It would be
better for you and us, so we took the opportunity to
show Bob how it was done, before he could develop
any wrong notions about it. All is well, don't worry."
"Pam tells me you do more of this kind of thing, David.
I just don't understand it. She tells me there is nothing
wrong with it and that you have become a better
husband because of it. I have to trust her. But I am
still wary." Lynn answered.
"Certainly you are, and with good reason. I will do
nothing with you without telling you first, How's
that?" asked David.
"That would make me feel a lot easier." she responded.
"Well, that being said, we should get into some
conversation about where we live so your expectations
are not too high." said David.
"Mom and I have already been talking about that, honey.
I wanted to describe village life to her. She thinks it
sounds boring. I told her it was until one gets into the
daily rhythm." said Pam.
"You know what, you guys, it's supper time. Let me
prepare supper and we'll talk as we go. You'll stay the
night, of course. Then we can plan and think about us
visiting you, tomorrow." Lynn said as she rose to start
supper.
Pam joined her and before long supper was on the table.
Both Lynn and Bob enjoyed the day, their daughter and
her family and especially the grandchildren. It was all
new to them. Because of the rift that had existed, the
Hunters had not the pleasure of being with the children
from day one. This was a sudden gift. They had to get
used to everything as being new. They liked it.
