The Content is Still King

I think that anyone who has a website has already
come to the conclusion that to achieve success, the
traffic is very important. Looking around, you may
meet people saying that advertising, link exchange
or search engines are the most effective forms of
obtaining that traffic. And, with no doubt, they are right.
But, in our rush for the newest and the most effective
forms, we forget the beginning. And the beginning
was The Content.
Good content is what brings people to your site. A
person who is interested in a particular subject is
looking for relevant sites. Your site needs to have a
theme, with loads of content related to that theme.
All of the advertising in the world will do almost
nothing, if you don't have something to catch the
interest of your visitors and keep them.
Yes, Keep Them ! Because if the offered information
is really good, people will come back again and
again. By providing valuable content your site will
have repeat visitors, will get recommendations
often, and will have tons of links pointing to it.
This is Traffic, and Traffic means Money
Work hard building your site around a theme. Getting
traffic is easy when your site has good content. Let's
see how you can do that :
1. Be consistent.
Offer only valuable information to your visitors. Add
fresh content often. Avoid bla-bla or easy-to-read
items. People must see how much energy you
spend for your site.
2. Be relevant.
Take care to write about topics that apply to your
visitors' interest and experience.
3. Be original.
Collect your own resources and write your own
content. If you don't have the required skills, hire
someone to do it ( for money or for free exposure
in your site)
4. Be honest.
No scams, no hype, no cheating. People must trust
in you and in your website.
5. Be engaging.
Invite your visitors to participate by offering forums,
pools, surveys or quizzes.
6. Be yourself.
When you write for your site act naturally. If you have
humor, use it, if you haven't don't try. If you enjoy
a cigar or a little drink don't deny. With pluses and
minuses you have, you're unique anyway.
I can make a much longer list, but the key things
have been covered. One final tip. An authentic site
should be easy to read and understand. Before posting
any material ask a relative or a friend to read it. You
will get unexpected comments and suggestions
that will help you to improve your work.

When you're working in an Excel worksheet and
you need to average the numbers in cell A1 through A5. You
click in cell A7, type in the equal sign, and then discover
that you don't remember whether you use AVG or AVERAGE.
When this happens to you, click in the cell and choose

I mentioned earlier that all these joints or hinges of so many
bones must be flexible. A joint naturally secretes a fluid to
lubricate it. But it must be mobile to do that. If not, the
joint will get dry and any movement is difficult and painful.
Such is the case with osteoarthritis. This is degeneration.
Another group of degenerative conditions are "collagen"
diseases. Collagen is a protein found in the connective tissues
of joints.tendons, ligaments, and other strong fibre-like
tissues. The collagen becomes involved in an Inflammatory
Process. And because the problems happen in different parts of
the body, different areas will become stiff and painful to move.
Scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, and myositis are just a few
of these conditions. (I want to remind you that the American
Medical Association wrote a report about the use of nutritional
supplementation and degenerative conditions. It is not necessary
any longer to accept this condition blindly.)
A contracture is an abnormal position caused by the limb not
being used regularly. It "freezes" the position and it's very
painful to move later on. In bedridden people, (young and old)
it's imperative for their limbs to be exercised even "passively"
by someone else. Elbows and knees are common places for
contractures, but fingers and toes suffer too. And the whole
body needs to be moved regularly. That is why you can see some
people on what we call alternating pressure mattresses.or "egg
crates". It's all to do with shifting the weight around the
body. It helps the circulatory system by allowing the fluid to
be redirected. Those red spots on hopes and knees and elbows are
all to do with poor circulation: this lack of movement. You want
and need smoothly moving joints.
Conclusion
This has been a very brief overview of hands and feet. Because
they are so crucial to our well being, and quality of life, you
are encouraged to use good hygiene and practical, preventative
safety measures. Frequent hand washing and drying hands
completely, gets rid of bacteria or other germs. It also
prevents chapping and subsequent infections. Do not use
antibacterial soaps unless you absolutely have to. They could
well be a factor in less than effective antibiotic coverage at
some future time. You don't need it. (Soap and water are fine.)
Use hand lotion to prevent redness and open sores, which could
well lead to infections.both internal and external ones. If you
are working, wear gloves to protect your hands. Your ego might
not need them: your hands do. Wear safety shoes and good shoes
for footwork. Use common sense. Use your toes and fingers for
way they are meant to do. Feet are not meant to kick heavy boxes
through a warehouse. Fingers are meant to enjoy eating and
caring for things. With loving care both sets of extremities
will serve you for years and years. Can you imagine your body
without hands and feet? What would your life be like? It would
be difficult to feed and clothe yourself.to "run" errands.to
wash...to do an huge number of things. If you had the choice, I
know you will choose to be "complete" with hands and feet. Look
after them. Treat them and your entire body with the respect all
parts deserve.

Eloise Henry, age 18 when the story began, and
David Wylie, age 20, were selected, by a
stranger in town, to take a dangerous trip, together.
The idea was that each was to take only the clothes
on their back, and go anywhere in the world where
the stranger took them. They were to be left there
to find their own way home. They had no money,
no identification, and no idea where they were.
Upon their safe return there was a million dollars
waiting in their bank account for them. If one did not
make it that money would go to the survivor. If neither
made it the money would go to their families.
The story deals with their adventures along the way
and leads into the only way they could survive. That was
for Eloise to learn higher law and commit her life to
that end. Along the way she learns how to perform
many a miracle.
The story leads to many friends, many adventures

"Yes, I think we would accommodate the church. That
would make everything more official and the City would
understand that." replied the Mayor, playing along with
the Cardiinal's approach.
"Don't bother even saying anything Cardinal." said one
of the children. "We already know you sent your men to
kill our beloved Riata. We know, too, you send your spies
to see what we are doing. We know each one of them.
Their evil intentions make them stand out, just as yours
do now. All you want is the money from this shrine and
you want to show the Pope what a good boy you have
been. You are evil to the core Cardinal and you can be
certain your God knows it and will deal with you."
The Cardinal turned all shades of red. Because he had
earlier events that drove that truth home this time it cut
him open as with an axe. That young children would
speak to him this way was a shock. That they knew what
happened was a shock. It gave them the power.
"Was that you who had the lady killed?" asked the Mayor
in shock. Though he suspected as much, here was the
confirmation.
The Cardinal melted. He slumped over and wept.
Straightening up he looked at the child who accused
him and, in anger, rose to strike the boy.
At that instant Riata materialized and put a shield of love
surrounding the boy. The boy stood firm and without
flinching let the Cardinal do his thing.
The blow hit the shield and the Cardinal's hand bounce
back to hit himself in the face, hard. The strength of the
blow, intended for the boy, struck the Cardinal and his
nose began to bleed profusely. Blood dripped all down
the front of his white gown.
"I am the woman you ordered shot." said Riata with a
voice so powerful it shook both the Cardinal and the
Mayor. "You shall reap the rewards for this act. The
children will not turn this place over to you or the City.
The blood you witness on your clothing will remain there
forever. It has soaked through to your skin and will stay
on your skin forever. Nothing you will do can remove it.
It will serve to remind you and everyone you meet, of
your evil mind and your evil deeds. Some, too, has
splashed onto the Mayors hand. It will serve to remind
him and all he meets, of his evil nature, that he would
do your dirty work for money. There are words and
places for men like you. Your guilt shall find you out
and broadcast who you are to all who see you."
Each word hit the men deep and sharp. It was
permanently etched on their brains. They shook in
fear, but could not move. It was as if their feet were
glued down.
Riata vanished.
Without speaking the Cardinal and the Mayor turned
to leave. They had no difficulty leaving the area. The
crowd all gasped as they approached as if they were
an evil plague. The crowd split and left a path thirty feet
wide for them to walk. They got out of the orphanage
site in less than two minutes. They were shamed.
"You are an evil man. I did not know it was you who
ordered that woman killed. Now look at the pickle you
have us in. These people all know who and what we
are. I will lose my job. I will make no money anywhere.
You have driven me broke. You are a vicious, evil man.
You take your almighty church and shove it. I want
nothing more to do with your kind. Everyone of you are
alike. You are all a big farce, just milking the people for
all they are worth. Leave. Get out of my sight." were
the angry words the Mayor uttered when he stopped the
car at the Cardinal's office.
He tried to brush the blood off his hands. It would not
leave. He spit on his hands and the blood boiled up
and burnt his hand, but he could not rub it off.
The Cardinal watched and he knew he was marked
forever. He, too, would be unable to remove the blood.
He stepped out of the car and closed the door
without a word.
With screeching tires and flying dirt the car sped away.
The Cardinal walked up to his office. Entering, he was
greeted by screams from his secretary. She put her
hand up to her mouth and ran out of the office.
As he went into his own office his priest aids, two of
them, ran from his office. None of his staff wanted
anything to do with him. This blood was somehow
broadcasting a message he could not see but the
world could. He was doomed.
